Review 28：Booked our stay with breakfast , when we reached dining area, the waiter has informed us that we are not on the list, to save himself from hassle of checking the reception he just flatly said to us they already removed all the food anyway even though it is still 10.25 am. I took the liberty of checking what the problem is from the reception and it turned out it's a miscommunication and they were not able to include our names on the lists. This is a very bad example of customer service. And hopefully It won't happen to others.

Review 40：One lift was not at all neat. Was having construction kind of waste and all. Food items for dinner was very poor. Was having only bread slices and khubs with curries. So we had to go out in search of better options.

POOL WAS SO COLD, WE ASKED FOR THE HEATER TO BE SWITCH ON BUT NO ONE ATTENDED OUR REQUEST. 11. NO TOWEL IN THE POOL. 12. WIFI, I HAVE ASKED FOR THE PASSWORD AT 2PM AND GOT IT AT 9PM. IT WAS NOT WORKING AS WELL BY THE WAY. 13. THE STAFF OUR NICE BY THE WAY. RIGHT PEOPLE IN THE WRONG PLACE.

First,I was told that the other people had only just left. I spoke with another employee and I said that check in was at 2pm, it is now 3:45. I was told that I had a big 2 bedroom room and it took longer to clean. When I got to the room after an hour wait, there were cigarette ashes still on the tables.Poor,poor customer service.
