Review 1：Beds are 2 single bed. They're not king size. The mattress could be more comfortable.

Review 8：The hotel is very 'tired' and in need of some renovations or just general upgrade - I was surprised how tired it was given it is a 4 star hotel - that said it was comfortable enough although it did feel a little like stepping back in time - I would still recommend it as a good location with friendly and efficient staff.

The breakfast was lovely however we didn't dine there at lunch or dinner so can't comment on the restaurant in general however the menu posted in the elevator every day did look very tempting.

Review 23：Like most Swiss hotels, accommodation is in a proper village and not designer built at the bottom of a ski slope, but the walk wasn't too far and one could take the bus.

Review 24：We arrived at the rail station on a dark, January night and were greeted by the complimentary hotel bus. The hotel has a real buzz with a delightful piano playing in the bar. Accommodation was the best value. Meals were extraordinary good value although wine in Switzerland is not cheap. Staff couldn't be more welcoming or attentive. So good value that we did 2 weekend trips in January. Best swimming pool in a hotel that we have ever used.

Review 25：I would expect a better value for money. I understand that it was Christmas time and new year eve but for the amount paid I would expect a better breakfast and a more modern room (it was the room of 80's).

Review 30：This was a great hotel for my ski break. The hotel combines comfort and friendliness with good buffet breakfast and excellent 4 course dinner with table service. Proximity to the ski slopes is an added bonus.

Review 31：Staff were friendly and helpful without being in anyway superior. The atmosphere was relaxed with a personal touch, I felt as if I was a VIP without the anonimity of many corporate hotels. Food was good and they did well to provide vegetarian alternatives for me, breakfsts were amazing!

Review 33：The Hotel fully deserves its 4-star classification. The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, very clean and decorated in very good taste. The staff are a special feature of this hotel: they are very welcoming, always ready to help, and extremely courteous in all circumstances. A definite bonus are the swimming pool and sauna, much welcome after a day's skiing.

Review 34：There were however a lot of families with young children, bit crowded in the pool at all times. Also we went to Gstaad for a day skiing although the buses were infrequent and we had to get a taxi home, last bus was 4pm!
