Review 1：The hotel is not well located. We could not walk to restaurants so had suppers in the hotel. The food was excellent and obviously freshly prepared. But service was slow- very slow.
Review 2：The staff had limited English and we had limited German but together we did communicate. Some of the staff were inexperienced but certainly friendly. The hotel's WiFi did not work in our room but did slowly in the breakfast room.
Review 3：Convenient location for bus station but if travelling in by train be prepared for haul up hill to the part of town where hotel is located. Excellent friendly stafff - very good restaurant. Rooms modern and well equipped. An excellent well run hotel.
Review 4：We were really lucky to get this hotel at the last minute. In the futureI will certainly make a reservation in advance. It was only a 15 minutedrive from the ski lifts of oberweisenthal which offered new years eveskiing until 2 A.M. The hotel was so perfect for a New Years eve outing.The food was delicious and the staff was charming. They were even ableto fullfill our wish or anti-alergic bedding at the lat minute, The roomand bath was generous and tastefull and reminded us of romantic holidayseasons we spent in the Alps. We look forward to next winter.
