Review 1：Hotel and furniture is pretty new. Good access for Wheelchairs. Centrally located in Clearwater, easy to get to Thema stores in town. I recommend the Getway Grill located in the lodge for Dinner.

Review 2：When we finally got around to going to bed (2am) we were disappointed to discover one of the beds was unmade under the quilt. Rather then trying to find someone to come and make the bed we chose to sleep on top of the quilt and used our sweaters and a shawl for covers luckily it was a very warm night.

Review 3：The front desk was very nice and any staff member we ran into was friendly. The location is just off the highway so there was no road noise.

Review 4：No hot water, electrical bathroom outlet didn't work. Phone didn't work until I figured out it wasn't plugged in. Reguested scenic room, got view of parking lot. Travelled with my 91 year old mother and was placed on the second floor farthest away from office and breakfast.

Review 6：I can give them some flex on the basis that it was New Years Day, but the breakfast (continental) was meager.

Review 7：Nice quiet room, with a comfortable bed. The room was clean. Basics were in place for making a meal in the room.

Review 8：Restaurant is never open. The place is showing age and there really was no continental breakfast. You could make toast .no milk. Had one coffee and the pot was empty.

Review 10：While the cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating, I found the staff working the desk to be quite indifferent and somewhat cold. They were polite, which was appreciated, but they did not seem very concerned with the clients (at least with me). Also, I found the lodge has very little character, which is not a huge need, but it definitely takes away from the overall experience. It almost seems like the people who own/manage the Clearwater Lodge do not particularly care about their business. BUT- It is very clean! Which is a HUGE deal for me. So thank-you for a comfortable stay.

Review 11：The Lodge was very clean and spacious, I particularly enjoyed that it was quiet. My room was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the amount of space and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness. The bed was comfortable. It was great having my own kitchenette in my room as well.

Review 14：The complementary breakfast was poor. We have stayed here before and it has deteriorated. The toilet was loose and you could not adjust fridge temp because the knob was broken.

Review 16：First room we were given had an awful smell of urine. We were then escorted to another room which smelt of cigarettes even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The bins in the room weren't cleaned out from previous guests. The bedlinen were not clean and had a ladies hair left on the pillow.

Review 22：The Pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna seemed to be very untidy, the decoration of the rooms was nit very tasteful, the breakfast room too small for all the people. We had to carry our chairs from another room to be able to have seats.

Review 23：The room was spacious, the bathroom clean. The reception friendly and helpful. But to spend more than a couple of nights the Motel is not really a good place to be. They try hard but a motel is just a motel.

Review 25：Despite selecting 2 adults and 2 small children on booking.com. Booking.com charged us a room for 4 adults. The hotel owner pointed out we actually paid too much... The breakfast was limited.
