Review 1：The rooms and balcony were lovely, not big but still comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location wasn't as close to the water as we would have liked for a hot summer weekend or for a view but was very close to the train station and quite ideal, not too long a walk to the lake. Not overly large, had a bit of a B&B feel which was nice.

We gave up!Hotel not good enough for the cost although would have been adequate for a one night stop over if cheaper.

Review 43：It's a very nice and small hotel. The rooms are clean and done with love. The staff was so friendly and helpful and unbelievable funny! The breakfast was as well very good. The buffet was big, so that everyone find something.

Review 45：Good quiet location just a few mins walk from the train station, friendly helpful staff, clean room with small but nice balcony, comfortable beds and small but very functional bathroom. The usual Swiss choices at breakfast - it was all very fresh and nicely presented. Good cappucinos too!
Review 46：We chose the hotel for its location close to the Madonna del Sassochurch train access because the family friend's wedding was to takeplace there. The hotel staff was wonderful. They waived a cancellationfee for what showed as a double booking under our name. It turned out itwas caused by a mis-communication. That was very nice of them. Thebreakfast was tended to by Mr. Maggrini who was so happy to get usanything we needed and chat with us. Breakfast was plentiful anddelicious! They were willing to hold our suitcases for part of the day,because our train left mid-afternoon. The hotel is 10 minutes walk fromthe train station, though it's a fairly steep climb - take your time.
