Review 1：Everything was wonderful, we had a wonderful experience. We were very pleasantly and professionally assisted by a young Italian woman, Martina, at reception, and she made our stay more exceptional through her friendly and courteous assistance. All the facilities were great, the spa and wellness was awesome and the buffet breakfast was exceptional!

Review 13：Upon arrival on a Sunday we were told by the reception that we could have either brunch or a la carte in the restaurant. However, the head waiter would only let us have the (poor quality, very greasy) brunch, I had to insist to be given a regular salad with fresh vegetables (this also of poor quality) whereas my husband gave up and reluctantly had the brunch. The couple who arrived after us were directly given the a la carte menu. This is one of several bad experiences of poor service during the days we stayed in your hotel...

Review 14：We didn't wanna be woken up on sunday morning by a hoover.. At 9:15 very uncool....we left the city to relax not to hear a hoover so early....and very very loud kids running around in the hallway and dumb parents who don't tell them to shut up!!!

Review 19：Unfortunately we experienced that the room cleaning service was not very organized and we had to always ask for the missing items: toilet paper, shampoo or shower gell. It's not very big deal, as the room was anyway always clean.

Review 20：Good size room, very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Considering all restaurants around are serving food till 9:30pm one day we were too late for dinner and we asked for some food at the reception. The staff was very helping and surved us an enormous portion or different types of meat, cheese snacks and fruits which was more than enough for us not to be hungry. The pleasant surprise was at the end when we we were asked to pay only for the drinks. The staff was also really helpful whenever we were asking the questions.

Review 23：- the interior design and atmosphere gives more the feeling of a sanatorium or old style hospital rather than the hotel - no restaurant menu in English - location far away from the city center as well as far away from the lake. - hotel located in residential area, there is nothing to do around the hotel - while the overall hotel is clean, the balcony was not - the kids playground is a joke - very poor and no fun for kids, I would not call it a playground.

Review 30：Spacious room and very good cuisine. Welcome aperitif offered by the management. Extensive wine list composed of local (Ticinesi) wines and a good number of Italian ones. The staff are extremely friendly.

Review 35：The jacuzzi is too small for such a big hotel. there is only one and depending on the time you have to wait to use it.

From the very professional and helpful staff to the really spacious room with lake-view, the bed and the curtains/shades, the bathroom, everything was there and worked as intended. Beautiful clear and subdued art-deco styling and large ballroom for dinner. Great experience, will return.

Review 39：We thought it would be closer to Locarno. Getting to the hotel via public transportation (train, bus) requires a bit of a hike straight uphill for 400 meters. Taxi from Locarno on a slow week night cost 17 euros.

Review 40：From the moment we arrived, we loved everything about this hotel. We took the bus, and then walked uphill, and were exhausted. Receptionist treated us to complimentary glass of Prosecco! Our room was large and comfortable and had a really nice balcony overlooking the lake. Hotel staff spoke English and did not hold it against us that we have not learned to speak Swiss German or any language other than English! Breakfast was as good as complimentary breakfasts get. It was served in a beautiful dining room with fine silver and dishes, and the coffee was excellent.

Review 51：The staff somehow managed to give our room (2 night stay) to a couple with the same last name. However, they largely made up for this oversight. While we were given a smaller room for the first night, it had an amazing view and we took advantage of a free all-you-can-eat dinner (very good food). We then spent the second night in their best room.

Review 52：Situated on a small hill, the hotel enjoys a non interrupted view of the lake, Locarno and surrounding countryside. Its old fanshioned (in a good, spacious way) but renovated and pleasantly refined. Calm environment, clean room, friendly staff and great spa facilities.
