Review 1：Sometimes is useless to have an elevator if it doesn't work most of the time. The hotel looks a bit old inside, bathroom equipments may need a revamp. The pool area could be more nicely decorated.

Review 2：The owner was very nice he came and welcomed us during the dinner, nice and polite staff, very nice wellness area, we had a big room on the corner, free parking place.

Review 3：The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We were able to check in early without any question and our room had a gorgeous view.The sauna/steam room is great and so is the breakfast! And you get free tram rides during your stay. Great views and hikes. The hotel is about a minute walk from the train station and to the main dining/shopping area. Can't beat!

Review 4：My only complaint - and it is minor - is that the water pressure in the shower was a bit disappointing.

Very old and outdated furniture, no safe available, the old mini bar totally empty, the closet very small and inconvenient to keep ski clothes - Staff and hotel not prepared for international guests (all the info is in German) - People at the front desk not helpful - Lack of parking slots We were very disappointed.

Review 22：As it was cold, the heating came on and off in the morning and evening and as it did all the wood in the room made a lot of noise as it expanded and contracted which made it difficult to sleep. As the main road in and out of the village was below the window, you could hear cars coming and going all night long.

Review 23：Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. We had a lovely corner room with beautiful views over the village. The breakfast was a small but perfectly formed offering! The central location of the hotel was also great. I would happily recommend the hotel.
