Review 1：a bit far from Annaberg-Buchholz untere Bahnhof on foot (When we arrived, it was around 2000 and it was already dark and hard to get there). We had to take taxi. But, once we knew the way between Bahnhof and hotel, we did not have any problem more.
Review 2：Quietness, friendly staff (who served us breakfast), big room and huge+clean bathroom, variety of breakfast
Review 3：Totally understaffed. My second and last night had the chef cooking, serving, manning the bar and reception. He told me he was on his own. Hotel somewhat hard to find if on foot.
