Review 1：Heating was on full blast and it got a bit stuffy by morning.

Review 3：From the beginning staff was really friendly. hotel looks like just renovated. Lobby is specious and really bright. Our room wast to big but really nice. Big flat tv , microwave, big fridge, best bed ever (you will sleep like a baby). Bathroom is clean and shower cabin is really big. Room and hotel looks like bran new. For last few weeks we did sleep in few hotels from same price range and for sure this one is the best one. Hotel is next to few restaurants and fast foods. Timhortons is 3 min walk from hotel. If we will stay in Ottawa once again we will choose this hotel as well
Review 4：There are two highway sevens in that area of Canada. When on what I thought was the only highway seven phoned motel when could not find them. Person was helpful enough but failed to understand why I could not find them. Turned out that I was on wrong highway seven which had same business premises close to motel as correct highway seven. Lot of time and unnecessary travel wasted. Poor parking.

Review 6：Bathroom was filthy! The bed linens grey bed. Bed not made properly. The carpets are filthy. The propety should be condemed! In fact i will call the health department!

Review 8：Staff was very friendly, gave us bottles of water when we checked in. The accommodation was what we expected. Clean enough knowing we would not be spending much time there. We were pleasantly surprised when we came back the first night that our room was tidied up.....nice surprise.
Review 9：The only thing negative was the noise of the fan in the next bathroom, sounded like a heavy motor going through your room. Not sure if that occurred in every room.

Review 11：Everything is old. Very poor lighting in main room. Rugs were grossly dirty and found dirty belongings that were from the last people who stayed in the room so had not been cleaned! All I wanted to do the whole time was clean so you could touch things in the room!!!
Review 12：Water pressure in showers was not so good. Unit doors let in cold drafts, perhaps some weather stripping would help. The draft didnt affect the temp of the room however.
Review 13：The beds were very comfortable, we slept like babies. Wifi connection was good and they had HDMI connectivity with the tv. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Its a little old but thats what gives it charactor.

Review 19：The girl on reception upon arrival was not at all welcoming. The reception area was very cluttered and messy. The rug in our room was very dirty. The beds were very creaky and noisy. The blankets on the beds looked to be very old, were rough and balley. The first night we could hear a TV from one of the other rooms right up until 5 a.m.
Review 20：The other two people in the main office - a man and a woman were very friendly. We each got a bottle of water for our room upon arrival and another two bottles when we asked the second day.
Review 21：Based on the rate for the room, this hotel is excellent. Hotel owner was attentive to the need for heat in the room. The owners were kind. No frills hotel but provided a place to lay our heads. If you like total silence while sleeping, this is the place to stay. Overall, we are pleased with our experience.

Review 23：The front office is dirty. The backs of the doors in the room as well as the carpet are grimy and left over glases and forks from other guests were still under the bed. The other "guests" spent the night shouting and partying in a drunken stupor in the front parking lot.

Review 47：The owner was very welcoming and friendly. He has an obvious sense of pride and really could teach th Hilton family a thing or two. My check in was lightning fast and he had everything ready to sign when I got there.

They moved him over to the corner of the building and it was a table saw, noisy. Motel is not my preferences anymore.

At 9:45 the next morning the Manager entered the room withoug knocking and found my wife and I in bed!! (sleeping thank goodness!!). I can describe this in 5 words: I WANT MY MONEY BACK
