Review 1：Internet will disconnect many times during my stays. A new sign-in being required for the WiFi. This is an internal problem, not with the provider.
Review 2：Staff is courteous and helpful. I have stayed here many times. Problems occur in hotels, but each time I had a challenge, the staff was quick to respond. This time, as I was checking out, the desk phone rang. The clerk answered, conversed quickly, then informed me that the cleaning staff found an item in the room that I left. I was impressed that I was notified before I could leave the building.
