Review 1：From our point of view it is not a minus but it is advisable to have a rented car to explore the beaches and surroundings. Also it does not mind the noise made by the air traffic on Larnaca airport, which is 10-15 minutes away by car.

Review 2：We had a large, airy and comfortable apartment with two bedrooms and two terraces, in front and behind. Wifi. Parking. Lovely host. The location in the center of Pervolia, near kite spots (by car) and places to eat (walking).

Review 3：Very nice quiet location, Marios was really friendly and helpful. The mattress was one of the most comfortable I have ever found in a hotel/apartment.

Review 10：The wi-fi didn't have much reception in the first room we stayed at, no. 101 (we were there twice the same week, first two days and last night of the trip). It was very good in the other room (no. 103) but my friend somehow couldn't access it from the room, only from outside. Go figure.

Review 11：Very nice, personable and helpful: for example, my suitcase's lock broke and since he was away, he called his father and his wife who helped me break it open. He also let me to check out late on the day of my departure. Apartments are spacious, perhaps not the most modern (especially the bathrooms), but very well equipped and in overall good condition.

Review 12：We spent more then two weeks in Marios Apartments and it was really good time. Everything was just perfect. Pervolia is a small village near Larnaca with good bus connection to the city center (about 20 mins, with a car much faster). It is clean, comfortable and close to the beach, people are very friendly. Shops and restaurants are well presented, but if you will need more of them, just visit Kiti, another village just near Pervolia located on the way to Larnaca. Owners of this hotel, Marios and Marina, are good people, absolutely friendly and helpful. Apartments are clean and spacious, with good kitchen (with all necessary cookware), refrigerator etc. So you can just buy food and cook it what is much cheaper as if you will go to restaurant every time. Although one of the comments below mention strong noise from landing aircrafts, we never experienced any issues with sleep. In fact it doesn't look like real problem at all. So, just book an apartment by Marios and visit this beautiful island, you will enjoy it! We highly recommend it! P.S. Marios and Marina, thanks for lemonade, it was great evening!:)

Review 17：The village, the people, the pubs, the food. Marios and his family can't do enough for you, and are always available for any help you might need. The apartments are right in the village which is convenient, and we'd no complaints whatsoever.

Review 22：Owners are very helpful and mindful. We had some problems with car rental company and they helped us to solve it. We had a late time flight but Mario picked us in airport.Also there is a good playground for small kids near appartments and pool is also nice and clean.

Review 26：When having a shower, water was always getting on the floor, even we tried hard to use it orderly. Also water in the sink was draining very slow. But these small technical details did not spoil our holidays at all.

Review 27：For the price we paid I liked everything. The location was excellent if you fly to/from Larnaka and rent a car. Small nice town (and much cheaper than those touristy locations, btw) in such strategic location if you want to explore different parts of island. Apartment was clean and spacious, kids appreciated the pool in the yard a lot! Mario, the owner, was very attentive and helpful.

Review 61：A bit far from the sea (you'll have to make a long walk or a short drive, however the property has a swimming pool), water in the shower is not always running steadily, Internet actually available not in all of the apartments. Anyway, a good value for money.

Review 62：Good value for money. Very nice stuff, friendly and helpful, ready to serve every odd request of a guest (asked for a wrench to fix my bicycle and the hotel owner provided me with it!). Beautiful place to stay, a quiet village which is a bit apart from major touristic places, very good possibility to enjoy rural Cyprus ;) Would like to return there some day.

I appreciatedbeing met at the airport when I arrived late at night and the welcomepack of provisions which had been left for me as it was Easter and theshops were closed for three days after my arrival. Other guests wereregular customers who had been staying at Marios for holidays over aperiod of several years. They praised the family for their hospitalityand said they intended to continue returning in the future which Ifully intend to do myself. I am a pensioner and was staying alone andI would highly recommend this as an ideal holiday for anyone in asimilar position.

Review 66：The swimming pool, sun loungers and gardens as shown in the advertising photos did not exist. They had been replaced by a building site with a digger and a small swimming pool under construction, and being tiled during our stay. A huge disappointment.

Review 67：Clean apartment. Marios gave us bus timetables and tourist maps. He also drove us around the village to show us the beaches, supermarkets and bus stops.
