Reviews for Hostal Viento Sur
Review 1:Staff Close to bus station Ok Wifi in room and good in comon area
Review 2:The floor sounds when walking in the room. Although I booked one twin beds room on booking.com in advance, but they requested me to move to another smaller room with one single bed on the second day. They were reparing the house daytime, so it was too noisy to make myself relaxed in the room daytime.
Review 3:Friendly and kind staffs. Good location. They were kind to book a shuttle to the airport for me voluntarily, though I just asked them for the time schedule the day before my departure date.
Review 4:The only negative I can come up with is the door lock to access the main lobby when locked can be a little janky.
Review 5:Location. Very close to the rio Simpson mirador and the main plaza. Private hot shower was great and bed was clean and cozy.
Review 6:The shower didn't work correctly and we had to take a cold shower one night. We were placed in a room on the ground floor and if you want to get a good nights sleep, forget about it because you can hear every creak from the room above you. We got awoken at 6am because the room above us got up early. Also you can hear people talk in the rooms along side you.
Review 7:Staff try to be as helpful as they can. Internet is free but you cant access it far from the router which is in the common area. There is a nice big casino next door.
Review 8:The walls were a little thin and we could hear the talking from other rooms - however, as this is classed as a hostel it is not surprising.
Review 9:The location was excellent - walking distance to shops and restaurants. Across the street from the casino. The staff were very friendly and helpful even with the language barrier. The room was comfortable and large enough for 3 people though the bathroom was a little small. The included breakfast was substantial and good. This was a very good place to stay to start our Patagonia tour.
Review 10:Well placed to walk into Coyhaique, spacious room and nice brekky.
Review 11:Central location and friendly staff, comfortable room
