Review 1：Water was very sloooooooowly getting warm (in the toilet)

Review 3：We travelled to Brig to watch FC Sion v Liverpool and this was the perfect location for us. The lady who looked after us was a little bit crazy but we loved her she was the perfect hostess. Hope to stay here again soon. Danke 10/10

Review 5：The location of the hotel was great, both in terms of its proximity to the railway station, and also in terms of its central location in the country. We had a comfortable room on the fourth floor with a balcony facing Mt. Simplon. Very quiet, other than the pigeons outside the window. The women who run the hotel were very friendly and very helpful in giving recommendations about restaurants and sights to see in the area. We enjoyed talking to them every morning at breakfast.

Review 7：Excellent location - cross the road in front of the train station then turn right. Excellent room - quiet, comfortable. Excellent breakfast. All staff efficient and friendly. Very close to a wide choice of restaurants, shops and transport possibilities.

Review 8：I like this Hotel very much. It was my second stay in this hotel. Lovely staff at the reception. The room was clean, big and light. Wi-fi worked perfectly. The breakfast was good. Near the hotel there are a railway and bus stations, where you can begin to explore the region. Thanks for all.

Review 10：Great location opposite the railway station & a short walk into town. Somewhat old fashioned establishment. Decent sized bedroom though w/c & shower room a bit small. Comfortable bed & quiet outside. Good continental style breakfast. Wifi was good too.

Review 14：Very convenient location near the railway station, and a short distance to the tourist information and town centre. Small but light and airy single room, with a clean but dated bathroom. Good to have the lift for the luggage.

Review 15：No chance to sleep. The hotel is situated next to the train station and bus station and a busy road. There was a constant flow of cargo trains and cars during the night, and then accompanied by early buses and motorbikes. Not a location for a hotel. For breakfast hard boiled eggs that had turned green and served ice cold. No ambiance in the hotel, and rooms need painting. I paid CHF 95 for 1 night, which I think is definitely overpriced.

Review 18：Just 5 minutes walk from the station to the hotel. The post bus to Saas Fe is just in front of the station. The room is clean and big enough for 3 adults. The lady at the reception is very helpful and nice.

Review 19：Very friendly welcome, offered a fresh apple and free bottles of water which were more than welcome as we had cycled there. Cycle store available. Very convenient location directly opposite of the station. Good, swiss style buffet breakfast with lots of fresh bread, cheeses and fresh fruit salad. Room was very quiet, to the back of the hotel.

Review 20：All the above mainly pertains to the room i was given.No carpet on floor,lino tiles, Only power point in the room was with the light switch,just inside the entrance.. No electric socket in bathroom for electric razor.Bathroom is a joke,size was approx 2`6"wide X 7` with toilet wash basin and shower.sit on the toilet and your knees were pressed against the wall.As I dont like cold meat and cheese for breakfast all i had was a bowl of cereal every day for 4 days.I would never go back there again. I have had 4 14 day holidays in Switzerland over the last few years (12 different hotels) This was the worst room of the lot

Review 22：Europe is experiencing an unusual heat wave, and places like this, with no air conditioning and no fan, are a bit uncomfortable in such conditions. The sweat was dripping down my legs. A bit overpriced, as all of Switzerland is.

Review 23：The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is right across the street from the train station; just cross to the other side of the street and go right. Breakfast was huge, and, for the first time ever in Europe, I was asked if I wanted a second cappuccino! Plus, although I was a bit early, I was not given the typical scowl but instead invited to go ahead and eat.

Review 24：Lift was a like a cupboard but did the job for one with luggage or two without. You hear it working in the morning in the rooms but not to intrusively.

Review 25：Quiet, close to station, modern bathroom, room not big but big enough, comfortable bed, good breakfast with good service. Manager very cordial and helpful. Free wifi that worked in the rooms. Not a big hotel so very personal.

Review 26：The ladies working during our stay were excellent. Friendly and making us feeling welcome even we had a very late arrival. The front desk was about to close for the night but she still helped us to find a parking even if the hotel parking was full.

Review 37：Booking.com map did not show enough detail - we walked all round the block and had to ask for directions. WiFi fiddly with a different code for each device you want to connect. Beds rather too firm. No fridge in bedroom and no kettle either.

Review 41：the wifi is a hassle, although it's free, we've only got 1 password per room, but then we find out one password is only available for 1 device. so we have to go ask for another 2, and it only last for 5 hours, so it didn't work the next morning when I wake up. this was the only small inconvenience about the hotel, but still effects the overall experience.

Review 44：I chose this hotel because of its location next to the Brig station. Its very easy to find when you come out of the station. The breakfast was good and the room was quite spacious too. They also provided us with a usb adapter for charging mobile phones. Overall it was a nice stay and good value for money.

Review 57：Excellent location and facility. My wife and I planned to stay in Brig for three nights, but the Europe was full for the last two. When checking out I mentioned that to the desk clerk as I was leaving our luggage for later pick up. He offered to deliver our bags to our accommodations for the next two nights in a nearby town at no expense to us, while we travelled to Zermatt and the Matterhorn. We are extremely grateful.

Review 58：The bed was a little soft for me (have back trouble) It can be loud since the train station is just outside, but we slept fine (but if you're a really light sleeper it might be more difficult)-people in other rooms were louder than the train There's like 4 parking places so if you don't get one you have to park in a lot that is not free from around 9am-7pm

Review 60：The staff are really helpful and very friendly. They let us put out motos in the garage at no cost and even drove us to the restaurant for our evening meal. The hotel is within easy reach of the town centre restaurants so walking back was straightforward. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection on offer. The rooms are clean and comfortable and although they aren't huge they are adequate.

Review 61：The room was VERY small, with old furniture and a filthy chair. This did NOT correspond to ANY of the pictures on booking.com. In order to get fresh air and be comfortable to sleep, the windows needed to be open and that meant no privacy from the street and noise from the traffic. This was the worst hotel room we have ever stayed in...and while on this trip, we have already been in 11 different hotels. None were as shabby as the hotel Europe.

It was requested that we pay at check in as the hotel would be busy the next morning, we did but there were very few people in the hotel do this seemed unnecessary. Free WIFI code was only for 5 hours and had awful connection speed.

Review 76：The staff was five star, especially Yannie! Extremely helpful in every way from great restaurant recommendations to helping us with our travel plans. He helped me map our car travel through the Swiss Alps instead of the direct route to our next location. It was the most beautiful scenery and without him, we would have missed it. The staff goes out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel is across from the train station so it's a little noisy, but the service makes up for it.

Review 77：A bit noisy from transport below, but the whole town was very quiet at night so this didn't matter. No bar fridge or electric jug (for tea) in room, but the staff gave us a jug when we asked.

Review 78：Location opposite the train station, staff were wonderful - cheerful and knowledgable, breakfast included everything - muesli, yogurt, fruit, bread, cheese, meat, egg, etc. Very clean, room had adequate ventilation and heating (and the windows opened).
