Review 1：Very good place and service. Tasty breakfast, clean apartments and super pub in the basement. If you want to spend evening on the old market dont forget to reserve a table

Review 2：Our room was on the top of the building, we had to walk many stairs because there wasn´t a lift and I was 6 months pregnant, quite difficult to do the steps several times a day. We stayed for 3 nights, the second day nobody came to clean the room. The breakfast was ok but the drinks (from the coffee machine) are poor quality. We took a capuccino from the bar (a good one) but it cost us 40 CZK extra. Also the spa you have to pay apart.

Review 4：Parking only on the street however did not seem dangerous since lot of streeet lights and OK surroundings. The room we got was on top floor (although the price was rather low so I gues this was a trade off) without a lift and acces was auckward - via several staircases. Will be too hot in the summer since under the roof.

Review 6：The blond girl in the bar during breakfast was a disaster! Very unfriendly and not service minded at all. The beds were really hard and not comfortable. The rooms were extremly hot and the ventilation didn't seem to work. The food was of low quality.

Review 8：The bar and restaurant area smells of tobacco smoke. People ( including staff) smoking in the bar restaurnat area which was not pleasant when you are dining. The whole hotel has a smoky odour which gets into ones clothes. The management really need to address this problem.

Review 10：The text on Pension Imperial Spa says "The wellness area includes a sauna, a hot tub, a small drink bar and an indoor pool with a whirlpool." Nothing is said about the fact that this will cost you 20 dollars extra, even though in the same text it says that private parking "is available at a surcharge". When we spoke to the owner about this, he was refusing to see that this is misleading advertising, because people book the property because they think that the wellness area is included in the price. The employees were nice but the hotel owner was not even willing to change when we showed him his own text black on white. The breakfast and restaurant is not as good as described in some other reviews. A real disappointment.

Review 11：We stay at the hotel for 2 nights. The guy at the reception was absolutely great and helped us more than we could imagened. The hotel is very well located in the center of Jicin. Breakfast was good and the pub downstairs is cute as well. Great choice!

Review 15：Room was just under the roof with 2 small windows on the top, so the temperature was very high inside the room; we did not have air conditioning, so is quite bad for a 4 stars hotel. There is not any reading lamp next to the bed. Breakfast was uncomplete of sweet things, and the waiters were not fast enough to bring new foods and plates, so we had to wait quite a long time before eat our meal.

Review 16：The hotel is renovated, with great spa zone (sauna-whirpool-pool-relax area) for quite low price. Pub just under the hotel. Room was spacious with good dimensions of bathroom. The receptionist was very friendly and polite, with good english. Free parking just in front of the hotel.

Review 23：No satellite tv as advertised Had to pay for spa, 20 euro per 75minutes, should be told that it is not included in accommodation costs.The hotel is called Grand Hotel Praha in front, Cizarske Lazne on theside and Imperial Spa on the website. This made it a bit confusing tofind it. The scrambled eggs were a sticky mush!

Review 24：The spa is wonderful. The hotel has been very tastefully and colourfullyrefurbished. The staff could speak English and were friendly. The hotelis very conveniently located in a pleasant part of town. An Englishbreakfast was served.

Review 25：As a couple we slept in two separate beds, though put together. That was slightly unconfortable, but easy to overcome.

Review 26：The rooms, soon to be appartments, were extremely comfortable and convenient. And with the last minute price the ratio price/performance was just exquisite. Highly recomended.

Review 27：Perhaps the staff could have been a bit more accommodating when non-standard requests were made. E.g. the breakfast is not available till 8 AM, which is rather late and given we needed to depart earlier we did miss it. A take-away pack was not an option earlier as well, only after the opening hours. This was, however, only marginal imperfection.
