Review 1：Arrived after dark. More or less impossible to find the place, then the entrance & car park were more or less completely in darkness. Next, steps! Far too many, all different heights, little ramps, the whole "more modern" area very badly designed & frankly dangerous, especially for my wife & myself who have bad knees. I am amazed that German planning authorities would permit such access issues! Much too expensive for what's on offer really.

Review 20：We stayed here for a couple of nights on our way home from our holidays in Austria with the intention of having a look into Cologne. What a fantastic hotel! The staff, service, cleanliness, breakfast, room and location were all superb. And make sure you sample the evening menue... some of the best food we have ever had. Cologne is only an easy 25 minute bus ride away (10 minute walk to the bus stop). I would highly recommend this hotel and definately intend staying there again in the future.
