Review 1：The friendly staff that went over and above to accommodate us. We were attending a wedding and needed to have a room before check in .Our room was not quite ready. The gentleman on staff assigned another room to us and we were able to change and make the bus that was going to bring us to the wedding. You cannot appreciate the stress that was taken off my shoulders. I am a Best Western rewards member and always will be an ambassador for your hotel. Thanks again for a great stay.

Review 2：Bathroom was small, layout was awkward due to different wings in the hotel. Had to climb stairs with small baby and luggage.

Review 4：Reception staff welcoming and friendly. Plenty of towels, etc. in the bathroom, comfy beds and lots of pillows. Ironing board and iron, micro and frig very important to us when travelling - attended a wedding in Peterborough so needed all the above.

Review 11：We had some trouble with both of our card keys...green light would flash, but door was still locked..it took 3 or 4 tries. Had some issues in the cost of the pizza for the March Break package...The pizza place was unaware that the cost was covered. It all worked out and we paid only the delivery. Other than that..our stay was wonderful!

Review 12：Our grandson visiting with us, 17 mnths old and my grand-daughter 4 yrs old..both awake @ 5:15 am so we were in the lobby and walking the halls to put in time. Dave the night time desk man was excellent to help us out and entertain the kids. Excellent breakfast for the price of the room.

Beds are very comfortable Complimentary breakfast had good selection and the breakfast room is very clean and roomy with an excellent setting overlooking the well cared for grounds and the river. Review 22：You can see care is taken to make the hotel clean and maintain the rooms, halls, etc. The view from the room was lovely (river, ducks) and having a balcony was great. Nicest Best Western I've ever stayed in.

Review 27：All house keeping in every hotel is done so fast, that corners are cut. There should be an industry-wide reformation to housekeeping that fixes this problem. When we entered the room and walked toward the sliding glass doors, we clearly could see the dust that accumulates in the corners. Hotel chains do not give their talented cleaning staff time to completely clean their rooms.

Review 77：very nice setting by the river, the room had a little balcony with a couple of chairs where you could sit and watch the river, birds, ducks. Very peaceful.

Review 78：I liked that security was available and kept the hallways quiet from kids running around. Worst part of hotel stays are when hockey boys or dance girls are running up and down the hallways with no respect for other people. It happens a lot. We were happy to find that this was immediately stopped in the early evening and was not a problem for the rest of the night even without us having to make a complaint.

Review 81：I didn't feel it was the best value for the money. Our toilet ran, there were no cups for water, etc. Having a restaurant to have dinner near by would have been nice. We asked for a river view and looked into a closed in parking area. Only allow corporate rate during the week. I was there on business on a Friday night.
