Review 1：The staff have a bad attitude.Was watching them deal with other customers not only with us... We were there in December and asked for our heating to be increased in our room. They spoke in Greek in front of us. When my girlfriend asked for English they laughed at her :( Then continued in Greek. They said we cant have more heating temperatures in our room (freezing and Im from Scotland) When we got back to the room later, the entire heating was disconnected because we asked for more heating. The breakfast was cheap processed sausages from Lidle. The "bacon" was 85% fat. All of it. The pool was green and uncleaned. The photo on the hotel is years old, you cannot see the sea anymore buildings have been built. Those beautiful white sheets in the images? Nope. Bathroom tiles full of grime.

Review 9：The room was clean and spacious. The decoration was nice. The hotel is modern and very clean. As us if you have to stay next to the airport for one night the location is perfect. The staff was very kind.

Review 10：The breakfast. Bad conection on the internet, very bad. In 8 days they did not change the sheets at all. No shops in the area. You need to rent a car because you got nothing to do. We pay 30 euros for 3 hours on late chek out.

Review 12：Broken safe box, fixed next day, but our stay was just 2 days. Not even one bottle of water in the room, weird inside window from bedroom to the bathroom. Hotel organized the transfer from airport- they said 17euro, taximan took 20euro.

Review 16：Absolutly strange lighting system, you can't just turn on the light in bathroom without illuminating all room. Blue lights of switches and red lights of fire security - absolutly annoying at night, hard to sleep. It's a typical 3* hotel, not 4.

Review 18：Balconies are to small with no chair to sit out. No seat or mirror for women to do their make-up while the man is in the shower. Ref. room 104 the handle fell off the wardrobe door and I could not which off the bedside light (left side). Apart from the balcony these things can be put right easily and a fold up chair might suffice for the balcony.

Review 23：A special thanks for the manager of the hotel . He is a helpfull man . Respectfull and he has his way for satisfying the guests and for sure bring customers back . The staff are super cute and helpfull. The polish lady on the reception , she was super gentel and helpfull. stayed in the e-Hotel and enjoyed my stay. Hotel clean and good location. Staff very pleasant and food in Bar good value for money. Our room was very comfortable clean and plenty of room. Location just 15 mins driving to larnaca Street but great location with plenty of facilities,restaurant and bar . Will be back again.

Review 24：1- the location of the hotel is very isolated without any nearby facility or shopping centres. 2- Some of the staff are very rude , never smile with us. 3- Some of the staff are very racist especially when found my wife is a muslim wearing hijab. 4- every night the EC stops and we drenched in sweat and no one fix it. 5- every time I came to the hotel from outside ,I found my key de activated , and the receptionist told me very harshly , it is due to you are using a cell phone??? 6- There is no water provided to the people using the Gym. 7- There is no small towels for people using the Gym. 8- I found a brown family , who has the same feeling of being treated very badly. 9- I mentioned all these notes to one receptionist asked me about my opinion

Review 25：1- The rooms are big and spacious.

Review 26：We asked for couple massage but they separated us even though we were told we were going to be in the same room. We asked for Double bed and they gave us two singles and they said they upgraded us to sea view but that was far from sea view. Jacuzzi wasn't clean at all. In general it seems they don't really care about maintenance since everywhere there was something broken and dirty. Not even a small bottle of water in the fridge. Same food served differently cooked and in a different way. We asked for a socket and they couldn't deliver it to our room we had to go downstairs and when we went at the reception they said they didn't have one. No apologies no nothing.

Review 27：We liked, the location and the fact that there were some books and a number of channels to watch at the TV.

Review 28：The woman who works on the reception during the day was horrible, she informes us wrongly about the spa (which did not works all the time) and she was not able to tell us how we can reach the bus station to the center. Furthermore , we asked her kindly if we can go to swim in the pool after 8 PM, she was screaming on us amd said: "you are not allowed to swim in the pool in the night!".

Review 29：the man who works on the reception during the night is the best! He was caring on us all the time.

Review 30：Breakfast was not very big but was not a big issue for us but difficulty to find a clean tableto eat was... we are not an early birds and we coming for breakfast after 9am and every time had to look for someone to clean a table for us... this was the main thing that ruined impression from staying.. also there was difficulty to find towels for the pool if you come late and some sunbeds and covers should be changed

Review 37：Everything was perfect! Peaceful place, 20 min by taxi from Larnaca city center. Private beach - 5 min by foot. Ala carte restaurant is pretty good, big portions. If you want to have a dinner, there is tavern 10 min by foot, but don't expect too much - fish meze is not so good (but big).

Review 38：We had the villa for our wedding night, staff were friendly and very helpful and let us in several hours early as they did most of our party. There was 4 of us getting ready in there as well as our photographer and there was ample room. The villa was a lovely size with a nice compact outside area for a quiet afternoon although the large pool area was very comfortable. Thought the small cupboard tucked away was fantastic for your suitcases, also had two toilets which was fab. The cleaners did however miss a can of beer which had been left in our pool admittedly not easily seen.

Review 41：The location is indeed far from the city, but for us this was actually a plus. The local buses are handy, therefore this is actually a non-issue.

Review 42：We were delighted by the very nice pool facilities. The reception personal was very very helpful and nice. The bar was the same, handy and with nice, professional employees. The whole experience was really to be recommended. I would recommend it to friends with no hesitation.

For breakfast all tables full no one around to clear up , breakfast buffet was not even a 2 star standard ! Terrible Second day again no tables free again no one around we had to set up the table our selves . No room service was done on the 2 dats we spent there , cochroach in the room a sick feeling but the worst part is that we has someone come into our room at 1 am in the morning and im sure it wasnt house keeping at that time when i shouted they slam the door and went ! When i approached the reception that looked at me as i was making the story up with no response ! At the end we checked out early and they management expected me to pay for the last day , which i made it clear i had no intention to do so !!! İ certainly will not be coming back at a rush and pls dont let the photos mis lead you like it has mis lead us !!!

Review 47：Not enough towels. No real balcony - Juliette windows. No information pack in room. No robes and slippers. Sockets coming away from the wall. 'Balcony' felt unsafe because one side was only connected by two loose, rusty, screws. Cooked breakfast and evening meal awful. Deluxe room was not. Overpriced. Stains on blinds.

La piscine est petite, la vue sur la mer inexistante : des constructions récentes l'ont fait disparaître. L'hôtel est situé au milieu d'une zone sans restaurant ou bar. Il n'y a rien d'autre que des bâtiments en construction ou d'autres en mauvais état.

Review 62：Disappointing breakfast. When we stayed at the E hotel 3 years ago the breakfast menu was far superior. We had dinner on one night of our stay. The dish we chose was chicken and pasta. We had to hunt for the chicken. So, stop cost cutting on food and the hotel will be nearly perfect.

Review 72：Was not told when booking that there was extensive building works going on just over the road which was very noisy all day. The sea view is now a view of scaffolding!!! Pool in the villa was very dirty, sink in bathroom was blocked and dressing gowns had no tie belts. Once we bought all these to the attention of the staff they were all immediately attended to, however for this calibre of hotel this should not have happened.

Review 73：Love the look of the hotel, stayed in a 1 bed villa which was very spacious.

Review 74：1) The spa personnel was available only on certain days and time (not because they were already booked) 2) Poor Breakfast 3) No hot water in the room on the first night and the morning after. 4) Upgraded to a villa which included a dead cockroach on the sofa. After a complaint, the response from the front desk was: ''we spray for insects''. Of course later that night we also found a live cockroach in the closet.

Review 75：New Facilities, Nice and Big swimming Pool

Review 76：We have been before to this hotel (about a year ago) and the difference between our first and second stay is enormous. It seems that it is very unprofessionally run! Although its not an old hotel it is not well maintained. The swimming pool was very dirty with a used bandage at the bottom and dirt in the corners. We told someone from the maintenance department who was really rude and said that they cleaned the pool 30 minutes before. The duvet cover in the room had blood stains and we asked the housekeeper to change it. We booked the deluxe room and there were no bathrobes neither any slippers as described on booking.com. The breakfast was very poor with very low quality food items. Bread run out and nobody bothered to refill the trays!

Breakfast was nice. Wide selection. The massage at the spa was amazing! Rooms were clean and modern. Staff cleaned the rooms everyday and gave us fresh towels.

Review 89：Very friendly staff, and quiet location. The hotel is situated in a way that you can arrange your trips by using a rental car from south to west, and east to north easily.
