Review 1：Very limited products in the bathroom, decor only ok for a 4 star hotel, no 'extra' facilities or lounge

Review 3：Hotel Ambassador is an absolute gem. From the minute we walked in the door we knew we'd love it here. It is very close to the train station, just a short walk. The friendly staff speak very good English and can't do enough for you. They upgraded us from a standard room to a deluxe room which was more like a mini suite with a separate lounge and desk area. The room was very large and clean and had everything you could possibly want, including Pod coffee maker and all the little extras like toothbrushes and shavers. The heating was great and can be turned down easily if you don't like the room so warm. The bed was so comfortable, we had the best night's sleep. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and tho it was expensive (this is Switzerland) the serves were very generous and service was faultless. Breakfast was included in our rate and they had a huge range of fruit, cereal, yoghurt, bread, bacon and eggs, and coffee and tea. I so wished I was staying here longer, one night just wasn't enough!

Review 8：If you want a room with a mountain view you will be disappointed. This hotel is little bit of traditional urban paris surrounded by other buildings.

Review 9：The restaurant is excellent, both food and service. The reception staff arranged for extra assistance for my disabled wife to and from the station.

Review 10：- Never managed to access the free wifi - no air cond and had therefore to open windows while while working at the desk later at night, which made arrive 'hordes' of midges and mosquitos. After closing the windos, it took me more than half an hour to kill them all - Waiter at the bar-restaurant very unfriendly and not arranging. Did not allow to sit outside on their terrasse just for a drink, but inside in the bar it was very hot and humid; thus had to go to another restaurant in town

Review 16：We happened to visit the week summer came to Switzerland (possibly the only such week) with temps as high as 32 C. The room was hot. This hotel offers air conditioning only their junior suites. We were offered one right away, but declined because of the significant difference in price.

Review 17：Hotel Ambassador Brig is located within walking distance (5 minutes max with luggage) from the train station, near a Migros and a Coop (3 min) and again 3 min walking to the small town square. The standard room was spacious, clean (which is no news in Switzerland) and came with a charming balcony, a Nesspreso machine and refrigerator. Breakfast was excellent. The restaurant on premisses offers an impressive menu. My wife was accommodated easily with her dietary requirements (Ciliac). I tried the local specialty, the Cholera pie, which was amazing (don't be put off by its name)!!!

Review 22：A lovely Hotel in Brig, just off the the main street. A five minute walk to the station. Rooms were lovely and clean, with a coffee machine and a kettle (for us British tea drinkers). Beds were very comfortable. Double bed has two separate quilts. Room also contained a safe and mini fridge. Wi-Fi worked very well with no problems. Breakfast was several different types of bread, with ham cheese etc.Cereals and yoghurts. Also provided was bacon and scrambled eggs. Maybe bread rolls, croissants and a toaster could be added in the future? Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our three day stay. Didn't eat on premises so can't comment. An ideal base location for Zermatt, the Glacier express and Italy.

Review 23：Bathroom had a frosted glass door and was right next to the bed. Having to use it during the night meant putting the light on and so we woke each other up. There was ample room at the other end of the room to put the bed. This was room 43.

Review 27：The hotel is situated in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of the railway station and centre of town. Staff were pleasant and helpful and we were well provided for despite the fact we were there in a very quiet week. We would choose this hotel if visiting Brig again.

Review 29：The woman at the front desk was wonderful. We asked her for a lot of local information like mountain lift times, and she found what we needed, in her third language, with a smile. The room was comfortable. The location quiet yet close to city center and train station. The supper in the restaurant was truly wonderful - if you are a meat eater. Best breakfast buffet we had in 6 countries! Brig is lovely and as hikers we've discovered a great launching site for a lot of mountain hikes. We will definitely return.

Review 32：A great atmosphere and warm friendly welcome. We had a spacious room with everything one might need including tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast and also the evening meal we ate there were absolutely excellent. Although we were on the road side, at night there was no noise.

The hotel is very clean and very cozy in a quiet street, easy walking distance to main station, shopping areas and restaurants. Room is big with standard amenities. Good continental breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful, very much a family run establishment. It was a good choice for our stay.

Review 109：If you are travelling from Zermert as we were the train stops outside the station and the hotel is hard to find but after speaking to the lady on the desk had we gone into the train station proper then they have signs directing you to the hotel.
