Review 1：The toilet was dirty !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The quality of breakfast was not good. The responsible person for Sauna reservation said me she will call me at 21:00 for reservation but she did not.

Review 3：We had our rooms swapped around (which resulted in the group being split up). Not the end of the world, but not ideal.

Review 13：My friend and I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff were really sweet and helpful. We also really enjoyed the quiet town!

Review 14：If you arrive late, make sure they receive your notification (e.g. by phone). At 11.30PM we were saved by other guests with the keys arriving lately, too. Otherwise, I'm afraid it could be an outdoor sleep.

Review 18：The wifi tended to gap in and out. The light switches did not work in the stairwells, so at night you had to stumble down the stairs in blackness and then partway down a hall to find a switch to turn the hall lights on. The breakfast room was very crowded.

Review 30：The hotel is tucked away on a hill just outside the town with lovely views of the area. While the facilities are a bit dated the rooms are spacious and clean. The internet worked fine after resetting the modem in the hallway.

Review 37：The furnishings are very dated and carpets, especially in therestaurant, very grubby. There is nowhere in the evening to get a drinkand no tea/coffee making facilities. (The hotel is nearly a mile fromthe village.) The Internet did not work properly in our room and thecable box had no remote so we only had one tv channel. Both soapcontainers in the bathroom were empty when we arrived. The balcony isshared with several other rooms.The breakfast was awful - poor choice, stale rolls, sour milk. We were unable to pay by credit card at the end as the machine had apparently been broken a while, but we were not warned of this at check-in. We paid the spa tax but we were told we did not qualify for a KONUS Guest card (free rail travel in the Black Forest and reduced entrance charges), which I do not think is true, having read their terms and conditions. The receptionist (owner?) speaks good English but very little German.

Review 38：Dear Bookings.com, you should amend the description of this hotel:- Restaurant: allegedly there is one but it was closed “for technical reasons”! - Accepted Credit Cards: ……. > no way, only cash accepted, no reasons given - Wi-Fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge > no way, only working within few metres from reception.
