Review 1：Requested check out time to be noon as I hadn't arrived til 12:00, check in staff granted my request + put a note on the computer, but, cleaning staff banged on my door from 10:30 til 11:30 when I decided to leave as I wasn't getting the extra sleep I needed.

Review 3：The staff were very friendly, the rooms very clean and comfortable. The desk clerk helped us carry our bags to our room and chatted with our granddaughter and gave her a cookie, which she loved! Boston Pizza is right across the street for dining and the Inn gave us a 10% off coupon to dine there. The breakfast provided by the Inn was excellent as well!

Review 4：The temp adjustments were difficult to figure out. The access to and from road out front were a bit nerve wracking, not terrible.

Review 10：The place is full of construction crews coming and going all times of day and night. But they try to be quiet. The carpets are dirty and old. Rooms are dirty and dusty in corners. Laundry facilities are dirty and not well managed.

Review 11：I didn't like the fact that there was no elevator to second floor. Not an issue, just would have made things easier.

Review 13：The dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. There is a fly in the bedroom and some hairs left in the washroom. I will try to avoid Quality inn for my future travel.

Review 15：The guys in the room next to me were a little loud and the lack of elevator made it tough for a tiny woman like me to lug my luggage and laptop up the stairs, luckily at least a man that worked there helped me after I talked to a cleaning lady about an elevator.

We were tired from travel and it would have been nice to get in right away but they did have hot coffee available and staff on desk was great. Bed was extra firm and uncomfortable to sleep in.

Review 35：Cleanliness wasn't very good and paper thin walls. If any one was in the hallway you could hear them or even outside the window. And then a bunch of people including my those in the room next door to me that shared a door with me came crashing in at 2am and I could hear everything even if they weren't screaming for a moment. It was awful.

Review 43：Did not enjoy the breakfast supplied with room. Eggs and sausage were tasteless and cold. Toaster made warm bread on one pass, butter was very hard and difficult to spread without tearing toast. Nothing could be reheated as microwave could not be turned on at same time as waffle maker.
