Review 1：The staff at reception were not the best trained. the toiletries included in the bathroom were not relative to what we needed i.e everything was a conditioner, no shampoo or shower gel or bath soap. i needed to take some fruit upstairs at breakfast for my cousin who had spent the night puking with food poisoning and the staff in no way had tried to help me get my value for money and assist her with getting some food unless we opted to order something extra from room service. the buffet at breakfast wasnt the bets quality of food. they kept sending staff to check the mini bar during our stay and not just before or after we were there. after we had ordered something with room service they would keep calling to check if we got it, this is annoying as surely if we did not receive it we would have already called to complain. lastly we were told we could have late check out at 2pm the next day and then we received another call at 1230pm saying we had to leave by 1pm because late check out was no longer possible. horrible.

Review 13：Check in always takes a long time. Our friends found a very large cockroach in their room! The music at dinner was so loud we could not speak to each other or enjoy our meal. My elderly mother was v upset. After asking four times to move table we were told the balcony was fully booked. After an hour we decided to leave and only then were we allowed to sit on tables outside that had been empty all night. Service in the restaurant for dinner was poor.

Review 14：The pool area, bed rooms and lobby area are lovely. The ambience is good ( minus the loud music). The spa staff and nurse were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was v good. Lots of choice at breakfast and the quality of food was v good. The stay was good value for money. The location is great for Dubai.

Front office Trainees did not have adequate help at hand and asking each other what to do which wasted more time. Staff at breakfast at Seville restaurant looked tired and exhausted. Although courteous and polite.

Review 25：The place is not maintained at all i went 3 years ago and this time there was a lot of problems in the room and a lot of tgings are broken and the serviece is not that good i stayed for 3 noghts and they did not change the towels once that is a disaster for me as a person who loves to check out hotels. Personally if it was for me i wont go back there again unless am sure they have maintained their rooms and told their staff how to treat their guests and they need to do something with the food there because it was not good at all.

Review 31：We had to keep going down to the reception everytime we entered our room as the access cards wouldn't work. It was sorted out though. The sea view was not great as there is a project happening right at the beach.

Review 32：We stayed at Al Raha for 2 nights during the National holidays break. We were impressed with the kids pool and our toddler loved it. The hotel is kids freindly. The pool bar was also very good. The rooms were of decent size and all amenities were upto expected standards. The hotel was fully occupied and yet the staff were able to do a good job! The interconnect to the small mall is also an added advantage.

Review 38：My family and friends absolutely love Alraha!! We've tried a few upscale hotels in AD, but honestly we feel most comfortable here. The location is perfect; 12 minutes from Yas and the airport. The pool and beach are beautiful with excellent service. Shout out to Deep and the rest of the Piscine staff. The service is friendly and on point. We got to know most everyone by name and vice versa The best part is that you have options all in one place. When it was cold, we spent time at the mall next door and the indoor pool with Jacuzzi. We visit AD quite often, and won't think of staying anywhere else.

Review 51：We stayed two nights and the second night decided to have a glass of wine on the balcony watching the sunset. However we found that one of our wine glasses had been removed, not sure why and it took nearly an hour to obtain another from housekeeping staff member by which time it had gone dark! Just a minor complaint though in what was an overall very pleasant stay.

Review 52：The room was very spacious and bright on a quiet side of the hotel as requested. Fabulous bathroom with "magic" round window was a novel feature. All the staff were very courteous, polite and friendly.

Review 53：Both at check in and at the azure Resturant the staff were appalling. They do not listen and then at both locations made excuse for their poor service and lack of attention to detail due to their management colleagues dealing with problems with other guests regarding billing and room allocation and the quality of the food. It's none of my business and the hotels problems aren't something I should be made aware off as it gives me a terrible first impression and not a place I'd like to spend my time or my money. They should ensure that I'm not impacted or influenced by other customer complaints, as I was hoping to have a stress free break with my wife.

Mild winters in Abu dhabi and some people might like warm rooms , but seemingly, the hotel doesnt have any in built heating system in the HVAC. Especially liked the tiffany lamps piano lounge and the tenderloin steak was one of the best! Very good music duo. Great that there is a mall and cinema just three minute walk. Review 84：The hotel area is basically under construction, you have people working at the side of the pool building some kind of small house. They use construction tools that make a lot of noise which makes it really hard to relax. Next, the area around the hotel is an under construction place as well (see attached image) and I would never book this hotel if I knew this in advance. It feels like you are swimming inside a runnel, and not a sea... Lastly, we found big cockroaches inside the room which is not something you expect from a 5 star hotel. All in all I would not recommend neither would I return to this hotel again, save your money!

Review 85：What I most liked during my stay is the friendly staff who does their best to provide a good service. Breakfast is expensive, but really good and there is a lot of food to choose among. Also the pool was nice.

I had to find out in from a staff member in the Salon that there are daily busses that go into the city, being that the hotel is a bit far, also to Dubai for the day. They were not well informed or readily able to help with other tourist questions I had.
