Review 2：The location is amazing. Try and get a room at the front of the hotel for a view over Grachen village square, the church and the mountains

Review 7：Everything was great. But the fire place did not work(?) sad because we paid more to have that in our room. We got candles instead (after asking for that) so that was a ok compensation :) Would recommend this to a friend. Good breakfast and good location.

Review 8：The lift was very tiny for moving luggage. The lights on each landing and in the ski room were on a timer that was very short, often turning off before you were at the room.

Review 9：Good Room size. Breakfast was good. English speaking staff at reception. There was a 'double booking' when we arrived and we were allocated a room that was inadequate. Low beam, single beds and extremely small bathroom. My partner is 6' 4, so not ideal. They did fix this after 2 nights and didn't charge for those nights. Can't ask for more than that.
