Review 1：Nothing, we had a great time there!

Review 2：Very friendly staff, especially as there was a problem with booking.com which didn't confirm the reservation for the kids! The hotel gave us a wonderful family room with a great view on the valley from the nice little balcony! The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the Betelberg ski station and the warm outdoor swimming pool at Leukerhof.

Review 3：The place is under new management and the new manager was excellent, going out of his way to be friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Overall great value.

Review 6：Elena was the most gracious and accommodating host anyone could ever askfor. &Quot;No" is not in her vocabulary - she managed to get dinnerreservations for us at the last minute, an extra cot at 11pm, etc etc-whatever we needed she managed it with a smile. Thank you, Elena!

Review 7：Turned out to be a hotel school. When we arrived at around mid-day to check in, there was nobody on reception, or apparently in the whole hotel, apart from another guest, despite the fact that we had emailed our expected arrival time. We had to ring the hotel's emergency number to get someone to come. The hotel restaurants were closed, contrary to the appearance of the hotel's website. The chairs and carpet in the bedroom were worn and stained. The staff was comprised mainly of the students of the hotel school, mostly Taiwanese who spoke hardly a word of German, and weren't much better in English. Breakfast was rather meagre. The steam room didn't work.

Review 8：The staff were very friendly. The room was generally nice, with a good bathroom, and a great view from the balcony. The beds were very comfortable. Good sauna and gym facilities.

Review 9：Rooms look as though they haven't been renovated in a while (carpet very worn - bathrooms dated) and the cheap curtains looked a bit odd for this level of hotel. But this is all visual - everything works fine.

Review 10：Very convenient to Betelberg lift. Not far from town center and other restaurants. Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean and warm. Service is friendly. Bus for Metsch lift in front of door. Breakfast was great, and the one dinner we ate there was very good. View of the mountains from balcony (back of hotel) is fantastic. We wondered who would use the fitness room, considering all the sporting activities available!

Review 11：The dinner that was part of half-board option was ok (not great), butthe portions were a bit small for the price.

Review 12：Comfortable rooms, reasonably up to date, excellent location, withinwalking distance of Betelberg ski area, bus stop to Metsch is rightin from of hotel. Breakfast buffet was very nice and had a couple ofhot items.
