Review 11:The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, all was fine. We stayed on New Year's Eve en route to BA and had to leave early (so didn't have a chance to have breakfast and everything was closed). The only reason for us to be in RIo Gallegos was our flight. The hotel is located in the centre and has a garage which was useful.
Review 12:The room is very basic for the price. It's overpriced. Hopefully they fix the elevator, it drops you off on the same floor you started at.
Review 13:The staff was very friendly.
Review 14:Heating in room cannot be switched off, causes radiator starts leaking.Personnel advises not to switch off. Quite some noise from the streetwith window open.WiFi did not work at our side of the building.
Review 15:Friedly receptionist staff
Review 16:The manager of the hotel said they didn't accept credit cards. It isaccepted for other travellers but not through booking. Com. He said hedidn't care it is not mention about it in the booking and that that wasnot his problem. That answer let me wondering if it had had been mymistake to choose the hotel or booking. Com. So, in the dead of thenight ( freezing cold) had to go and fetch an atm with my 4 year olddaughter. The restaurant inside the hotel serve us the most atrociousplate of pasta we ever ate. And on top of everything like a cherry onthe cake the staff was rude. Highly not an hotel to reccomend
Review 17:If you need a budget hotel go to this hotel otherwise forget it.
Review 18:The hotel was ok, but the staff didn't speak English and they were not very helpful. After I left they sent me an email accusing me of having stolen a blanket from the room, which I clearly hadn't done, and only informed me that they were going to charge me 350 pesos for this blanket. I have been unable to contact them since and won't call me back.
Review 19:Very poor Internet reception. Poor standard of breakfast - stale bread.
Review 20:Staff doesn't speak englishl
Review 21:Clean bathroom
