Reviews for Across the Creek Cabins

Review 1:There was nothing we disliked it was fantastic. Great little cabins set into the forest and had all the amenities that you required. Close to everything in Wells Grey Park.

Review 2:Maybe at least some Internet access would be a feature but I also liked it to be offline in the wild.

Review 3:Awesome cute little cabins containing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is in reachable distance from all attractions in the national park. Definitely a stay longer than a single night recommended to really enjoy the surroundings.

Review 4:Bathroom heater was against the door to the bathroom when the door was open. It would heat up the wood on the door.

Review 5:Great location and room. So quiet and right near all you want to see in Wells Gray.

Review 6:Nothing. Good to know beforehand it's a long way out of town so take groceries with you. If people want to stay longer it might be good to one day build a laundry cabin.

Review 7:Frank, Joan and Courtney were very welcoming and it was good to talk to them about the area. SO peaceful! All you could hear was the stream and the wind in the trees! Very comfortable and cosy. Excellent kitchen area so easy to prepare meals. Ideally located for long or short walks to the many magnificent waterfalls. Wish we'd stayed longer!

Review 8:Nothing!

Review 9:Falling asleep to the sound of a babbling creek was a delightful surprise.. what a great way to begin a wilderness adventure after a long day of driving!

Review 10:Please don't forget your mosquito spray, because there are many in the woods

Review 11:Small scaled (only 3 cabins), along the road to Wells Gray Provincial Park. Nice owners, personal touch. Kitchen contained anything you need, even coffee, tea, sugar etc. Cabins in style of the environment, cosy and welcoming.

Review 12:More of a drive away from Clearwater than I'd expected. Awful mosquitos, but that was just the time of year. Bring plenty of spray.

Review 13:The peaceful location, very quiet and relaxing. The cabins are excellent, a pity they only sleep two adults, meaning we had to book two cabins. Very well equipped, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hosts are a lovely couple.

Review 14:Can't think of one single thing!

Review 15:Very nice cabin! We felt immediately at home! Nicely furnished and very comfortable bed. Great kitchen and bathroom, nice patio. The hosts were so welcoming! Too bad we only stayed for one night..

Review 16:The weather could have been a little better... ;-)

Review 17:We liked the cozy cabin, with all necessary facilities. The cabin was very clean. The location was great! It was just very, very ok!

Review 18:only one downside...no WiFi :(..but what to expect in the middle of nowhere. Lots of mosquitos in wells gray...prepare!

Review 19:The cottage was just awesome, superb beds, nice kitchen, very nice owners who welcome you when you arrive. After been bitten by mosquitos 150x (no joke) the owners gave me after bite :). If you have arrived on this page and might want to book this cabin...do not hesitate !!

Review 32:We drove up to the cabin and it was beautiful - so pretty. Inside was very clean and comfortable. the owners were very helpful and advised what to see and do whilst in the area. We had been traveling for a while and just needed to relax and this was the perfect place to do it. Wished we had stayed for longer, two nights just wasn't enough!

Review 34:Excellent location on the way from Clearwater (25km to Clearwater) to Wells Gray Park; very nice cottage in the countryside; well equipped cottage; very clean room

Review 35:There was a significant gap at the top of the bathroom door, so although there was a door, there wasn't total privacy.

Review 36:We liked the seclusion as well as the sound of the creek just outside. The cabin itself was so cozy and the children thought the sofa bed was fun. Although we didn't get to see any of the tiny tree frogs, we truly appreciated the tips from Joan and Frank, the super friendly and gracious hosts.
