Review 1：Some of the beauty services were unfortunately unavailable during our stay. Likewise, we were disappointed the barman didn't go the extra mile to give great service.
Review 2：On the positive side, some of the staff were outstanding. The free wine tasting is not to be missed. Another highlight is the excellent breakfast choice. Overall we felt cosy in a quality, non-snobby, hotel.

Review 14：We stayed at Giardino many years ago and it was a pleasure to be back.Dinner at ecco, their 2 Michelin star restaurant, is a feast. Hotelstaff extremely friendly.
Review 15：The staff had a great sense of service. From the moment we arrived, every effort was made to deliver us to a relaxed state of mind. The gardens created a secluded oasis of serenity. The views of the mountains rising all around added to this majestic clarity and state of emotional eqibrium.
