Reviews for Au Bivouac de Napoléon et Spa
Review 1:Excellent for pilgrims on the Via Francengina, on the route. Helpful, friendly staff who made our stay comfortable. Good restaurant for an evening meal.
Review 2:Still a bit overpriced because of high chf.
Review 3:Friendly owners, personal reception, nice room with nice view, great breakfast, unique sauna and hammam like a personal spa, daily advice on skitouring. We felt very much at home.
Review 4:Nothing
Review 5:Ideally placed and good value for a stop over on our mountain biking tour. Good size rooms in the motel section, good breakfast and excellent value. We did not use the restaurant. We will use again.
Review 6:Simple accommodations but cosy. Cost was great for Switzerlanf. Bourg is surprisingly sweet
Review 7:Nothing really - I don't mean i was bad, just that nothing stood out.
Review 8:There was snow outside And When entering the motel room there was no decent place to leave the shoes so the entire (very small) room was wet.
Review 9:Came there after skiing is Verbier and went straight to the spa. I can only say that it was fantastic and a great value for the money.
Review 10:Great staff and fabulous restaurant VF pellegrino
Review 11:Basic but what a location. It was exactly as advertised, clean, warm and welcoming.
Review 12:You couldn't count on hot water all the time. The Chatlet isdirectly accross from the hotel right next to the gas station, but hasno signs so it took us a while to find.
Review 13:Rooms were private and lockable. Someone came in and made our beds whilewe were out. But if you're looking for a cheap place to stay, thestaff is very friendly and it's a good price for the area.
Review 14:the beds were rubbish. and the pillows were rubbish. the hot water ran out one night but I didnt complain. I'm sure if I did she would have helped because she's like that.
Review 15:I liked Martine the patron she is on the ball and aims to please. she makes the most of what she has. We stayed across the road in her self-contained chalet-style accomodation. the rooms are basic and dated. this is reflected in the cost. remember this is within spitting distance of Verbier and we had 5 guests, 4 nights, 2 rooms for F500 swiss. in Verbier this would have been £2000 so you get what you pay for.
Review 16:Very accommodating staff, clean and quiet room. We discovered this hotel because all the hotels in Verbier where booked. I'll definitely use this hotel in the future.
Review 17:All was perectly acceptable. This was not a luxury hotel, and therefore there were no telephones in the rooms. However, there is a good mobile signal, and therefore no real inconvenience.
Review 18:The staff were very friendly, and very helpful. I was doing a rather complicated walking/climbing journey, and the staff allowed me to keep the room without fuss or problems on the nights we were away staying in the mountains. The location was very good for walking in the surrounding mountains, and for trips to Italy.
Review 19:Place needed refurbishing.
Review 20:Location. Friendly staff.
Review 21:Very cold room, mattress too used and not good to sleep.
Review 22:Friendliness of the staff, the location and a load of snow
Review 23:nothing.
Review 24:very friendly and helpful proprietor, good breakfast and diner at the hotel.
Review 25:No internet connectionin our room, had to go to the main building each time.
Review 26:We stayed in a chalet. All the basics provided, comfy bed, warm water.
Review 27:Room spacious and warm.
Review 28:very friendly and uncomplicated staff!
Review 29:Martene, the owner is very frendly, supported us in formalities for getting visa and during our stay!!! Would stay in Bivouac again!!!
