Review 1：not much. only one time they gave me a smaller room than i asked for, and tried to sell that as an upgrade (seaview). I didnt ask for seaview, i asked for a bigger room.

Review 5：We had a snack in the bar. It was the worst Club SW I ever had (chewy bacon, cheese tasted mouldy, bread was not toasted, ham was tasteless, egg was soaked in oil)... On top of that it took aprox 45 min to arrive.

Review 6：Very friendly staff. Location on the beachfront, but far away from any point of interest. Good breakfast buffet, good bed. Very good price quality relationship.

Review 9：I've traveled extensively worldwide and this is one of the best hotels I've been in, especially for north Brazil. The staff are always ready to serve and many speak English. The breakfast is fantastic and the view of the beach is worth the few extra dollars!

Review 10：Very poor level of English. That make the stay more difficult from the reception, the restaurant to the spa the staff very rarely speaks English. For this kind of hotel I was surprised. The food and its quality was nothing special.

Review 18：We stayed there on Tuesday night, then again on Saturday night. We had a minor problem when we checked in on Saturday night. When I asked if the rooms overlooked the ocean, he said they were on the opposite side from the ocean. Our reservations through Booking.com stated "Room with Seaside View". To me that means we should be able to see the ocean from our room. After a little discussion, Victor, the hotel clerk, found rooms with the seaside view was we understood we had reserved. Also the pool was undergoing total reconstruction so was unavailable, which really was not that big of a deal.

Review 19：The hotel was very well maintained, with friendly staff, and wonderful buffet for both dinner and breakfast. It was a great value for the money we paid.

Review 21：The hotel is new, large living rooms, excellent service, the best and faster check-in I've ever had. The breakfast is fantastic! The room is large, clean, new, beautiful, nice taste decoration and we've even got an upgrade to a sea view suite. Bathroom was impecable, cleaning was perfect. I'm pretty sure I'll back there!

Review 22：We had a confirmation of early check in for half day extra charge. We arrived at 3.00am. The receptionist said that either we pay full day or we have to wait until 06.00am. He was rude. I told him we have confirmation. He said it does not matter. So after 4 hours flight we had to wait 3 hours in the lobby when they had rooms available. Next day we complained to the management. They apologized and returned one half day fee to us.

Location: The hotel is located outside the city center which may initially seem to be a disadvantage but we perceived it as an advantage because the historic city center had nothing to offer at night - not even a decent restaurant to have dinner - and did not feel safe either at night.

Line at the front desk in the morning for check out was almost outside the front door. Really, not good value for your money. I do not recommend.

There is no information of prices on the minibar and laundry service. The atmosphere is quite sterile and the surroundings including the beach are disappointing. If you depend on public transport the chocies are few.

If I haven't printed the reservation done by booking, the rates would be different. I really do not recomended this hotel.

The location in front of the beach and near to other restaurants, bars and festival locations was very good. Special commendation is given to the manager, Sr Riccardo, who was excellent in organising our requirements for the New Year party, ensuring all went smoothly after an initial mis-understanding amongst other personnel.
