Review 1：It was a very quiet room with a comfortable bed. Lots of toiletries, slippers etc. We had a separate bedroom with sitting area, great ensuite. It overlooked the road but no noise. It was extremely good value for money. The food in the restaurant was divine. No need to look elsewhere. Out of the 5 hotels we stayed in whist in Cz Rep, this was the best

Review 2：Very seventies decor in room. Hotel is at a junction of two big roads, so extremely noisy at night and early in the morning. Also next to a town clock which strikes every quarter hour

Review 4：The restaurant couldn't cope even though it was only 1/2 full. We had to wait 1.5 hours for our meals after ordering. When we asked the 'restaurant manager(?)' about progress he was uninterested and gave a dismissive response and seemed amused that we had complained. He then proceeded to share a joke about this with another local. Completely unacceptable! Also, the shower only gave luke warm water.

Review 6：The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly - they went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. All in all, while there were some minor problems with the wi-fi, Hotel Jicín is one of the best hotels we've stayed at.

Review 18：The Wi-Fi signal was extremely poor in the room. It took until 3am (phone left to retry the upload a number of times) to upload a single photo to Facebook, as an example. Meal times got very busy so it is better to book, whenever possible. Breakfast is first come first serve, so go early. Additionally I informed them that I am gluten intolerant, but no effort was made to provide me with gluten free bread for breakfast. Fortunately I brought my own. The car park was often full too, but there was additional parking across the road.

Orange bedding, orange walls, orange curtains...too much orange:) And if orange had a smell, I think our room smelt like it too! They may have overdid it a little bit on the cleaning chemicals:)
