Review 1:i ordered room service that was so bad, we didnt even toch it. Still they made me pay for it.

Review 3:Surprisingly, for this hotel, the minibar of the room i have stayed was totally empty. Besides, the telephone list of the hotel services was a mess.

Review 6:Rooms are large and clean. Bed is huge and confortable. Free wifi with decent speed. Breakfast was great, with lots of fruits, juices, cofee, crumble eggs, tapioca crepes, omolets, etc.. Two good swimming pools and a iguana mascot.

Review 14:The hotel. Three stars at best. Filthy dirty, very dated rooms, poorly trained staff (they are friendly though), very little English spoken, average to poor breakfast, maintainace problems all over, hotel is falling apart. I knew it was a little bad but was genuinely shocked by what I found. Can't describe how disappointed/angry with Pestana Group I am feeling at the moment. I'm not a fussy person, nor am I a big complainer but this hotel broke my normal positivity.

Review 15:Location outside Saõ Luis is good. Lost of nice bars/cafés/restaurants by the sea within short walking distance.
