Review 1：Our stay at Lankerhof Gourmet Spa was excellent in all aspects. We were vowed at all the services extended to us.The food served to us was out of this world despite we being Indian vegetarians, Chef Christian Muller made sure that we were served the best vegetarian 5 course meal we have ever tasted. Unfortunately due to days restrictions, we were not in a position to extend our stay at Lenkerhof Gourmet Spa Resort. The service standards were out of this world.We were served by Ms. Anja Huettel in the restaurant. We don't have words to thank her enough for the service extended to us. Her committment to her work was outstanding.A special thanks for her.We are surly going to return back to this wonderful 'monument of hospitality' . We would highly recommend this hotel to all who would like to be pampered.

Review 9：The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. They were thoughtful, friendly and very professional. The meals were superb and the spa facilities excellent. Their five stars are well and truly deserved.

It is good to have attentive staff, but too attentive becomes invasive. Being asked 12 CHF if you take the spa bag that is provided for use in the hotel room.

Review 18：The restaurant services were very poor. We ate dinner in thegastronomic restaurant one evening which took over 2.5 hours to beserved. The quantity of food was pathetic and the price was outrageous.The food was also moldy and not fresh. Do not eat at this restaurant ifyou plan to stay at the hotel. The staff was under trained but weretrying their best.

Review 20：Property self and staff- very well done . Service at front desk , lobby bar and resturants outstanding. Only disappointment was the food- for the price I did not think the food served at the restaurants was great. We did have a positive lunch experience and the breakfast buffet was nice but I thought the dinner menu was overdone and just did not wow me.
