Review 1：Breakfast was a bit ordinary. The watery scrambled eggs was the only hot item on the buffet. Cheese, ham, and yogurt were all low cost, low quality varieties. Rooms did not have black-out curtains which meant day light coming in at just after 0600 this time of year. No tea making facilities in the room. Something seemed to be malfunctioning with their key-card system. We had to have cards recoded several times each day.

Review 2：Easy walk into town center. Beautiful views from the lobby and restaurant. Staff, especially in the restaurant, were extremely accommodating. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and very clean.

Review 3：This hotel lies just entering Coyhaique town through "Carretera Austral". Restaurant service is superb. Really nice tempered pool on the 2nd floor. Totally recommended.

Review 7：The pool area was not stocked with enough clean towels and needed a clean when we first arrived.

Review 8：Rooms were well decorated and clean with very comfortable beds. The heated pool was the biggest plus. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. Although the location seems to be on the edge of town it is only an easy short walk to the supermarket and some of the best restaurants (We recommend Lito's!) It's location also gives lovely views across the valley.
