Reviews for Hotel Bílá Paní

Review 1:The only downside was arriving at 21:00 (as stated on my booking) and finding it locked and in darkness! Luckily there was a phone number to call but not the best welcome...

Review 2:Lovely little hotel just off the main square with friendly staff and excellent value for money.

Review 3:We booked an apartment in February 2015 for a reservation in June 2015. When we got to the hotel the apartment was already booked for someone else and the manager seem indifferent to this mistake. We ended up in a double room that was far from our expectations and overpriced.

Review 4:The castle and the nameste nearby.

Review 5:It's a long way, up a lot of steps, from the hotel entrance to the room and no lift. Not for those with restricted mobility, but shouldn't be a problem for anyone else.

Review 6:We had one of the suites - enormous, comfortable, well-equipped, with a bath that would have drained several Czech reservoirs had we dared to fill it. The hotel is located between the town square and the castle, so perfectly sited. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff.

Review 7:Room access by stairs varied from 1.5 storeys to 3.5 storeys. Handed key on arrival to find allocated room up 3.5 storeys. No assistance with luggage. Bed mattress was well past its use by date. No formal hotel reception, and hotel management staff were not evident for first few days of our stay. . (When finally made contact with hotel management, asked if a room with easier access was available, and a much better room (1.5 storeys and a better bed) was made available!)

Review 8:Good location in the old town, and the town is a good location for exploring the lovely towns, villages and countryside in this part of the Czech Republic. Nice restaurant in hotel and others nearby. Reserved parking in public area near hotel worked well.

Review 9:Really Nice apartments, Nice staff

Review 10:No parking space

Review 11:Large and airy room, but bed very low and rather hard.

Review 12:Excellent and picturesque location. Plenty to do and see very close. Friendly staff.

Review 13:no elevator

Review 14:very comfortable room, good breakfast, good location, parking.

Review 15:Had to call owner to get the room as on Sunday their restaurant is closed.

Review 16:Great location, free parking in the city center.

Review 17:No daylight blocking curtains

Review 18:Value for Money Central Location Free Parking nearby Spacious Room (No.9) Late check in hours

Review 19:The room was cheerful and neat, the food was tasty and fresh and the staff were efficient and helpful

Review 20:made to feel welcome room was pleasantly different to usual family atmosphere absolutely beautiful building

Review 21:The downstairs bar where you check in/out was a smoking area, but asthere is the outdoor eating area and restraunt separate it wasn't anissue. The Europeans have a different attitude to smoking but as non-smokers we noticed. It was the only area that had smoking though so nohuge issue and not one to deter our stay.

Review 22:We booked a double room and were given the apartment. It was huge!Separate kitchen and lounge with bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Thestaff were great in organizing to free the room up for an additionalnight when we requested it the following day. Parking is outside thehotel but needs to be booked as its in the pedestrian zone. In themorning the breakfast table was set up with a high chair for our toddlerand the staff were very attentive. Only a 1min walk from the mainsquare, castle and museum.

Review 23:not easy to get by car due to construction of the road in town also it is kind of hidden plac. I got police officer on my car to get there. It was nice he did.

Review 24:Okay for money and quiet due to no other customers. No city noise even in center area.

Review 25:Having to wait to pay our bill in the morning

Review 26:Nice food nice room

Review 27:No secured parking. Typical Czech breakfast: bread with marmolade...

Review 28:Good food. City where hotel is located. Nice internet connection.

Review 29:I liked location, style, and owner who helped me
