Review 1：The view is kind of ok. Nothing extraordinary. The rooms actually face some trees and not directly towards water & mountains. Price of the room was high considering they do not have any other facilities. No breakfast, wifi was connected but did not work most of the time. Privacy - You can hear people talking in the room above. We stayed on the ground floor.
Review 2：The Cleanliness was top class. One of the cleanest hotels I ever came across. Very comfortable beds, Staff was helpful. Free parking. Most things are within walking distance in Tofino town.
Review 3：We really liked having a mini fridge to keep leftovers from the restaurant, and that we were able to bring our dog with us. The motel was very quiet and in a great location in downtown Tofino.

Review 7：Beautiful location with a view over the Clayquoit sound. Within walking distance of all amenities, but not in the heart of the tourists who like to party. Unfortunately, one of the tenants liked to enjoy BC's finest, so we could not partake of our balcony even though he was one floor down and about 6 units away. The smell of the marijuana was so strong, we had to close our balcony doors.
Review 8：Hotel was in an excellent location within walking distance to great restaurants and even the outfitter we booked for our tour. Rooms were clean and comfortable, bathroom looks to be recently updated!
Review 9：The noise from the street that can keep you awake all night if you are a light sleeper. It is little overpriced, at the end it is just a motel.

Review 12：Newly and neatly renovated smaller motel. Great view onto the water. Perfectly clean rooms: the ones away from road guarantee a quiet night :-) Very close to harbour, whale watching, shops, and many good cafés and restaurants. Friendly staff.
Review 13：The bathroom had some hair clumped on the bathroom floor from a previous visitor. The room we had 36 was very run down. You can tell some aspects were renovated like the floors and sink. However the doors are from the 70's with chips and lots of paint missing on the interior. The beds were old and sagging. Would not stay here again.

Review 23：The room is not cleaned every day when it's supposed to be done ( and cleanliness is not 100% when done). The location can be noisy (it is next to the main road to Tofino so from 16.30 to 18.00 it is one traffic line next to the room). Ratio price/quality is low; they should watch out for higher standards (because this is Tofino after all).Kitchenette is very basic.
Review 24：The location is in the village of Tofino. you can walk to Tonquin beach. The view from the hotel is magnificent.
Review 25：We were there in a heat wave, in June'15: no A/C, not even a fan ("no-one ever needs those here!"). Ice machine broken first night there and no staff available until next morning. Very expensive, but then, that's Tofino.......
Review 26：Room was immaculate, with fabulous view of water/bay/boats. Added bonus was a pair of Bald Eagles in tree opposite our room! Many beaches around area - all different! Gorgeous scenery.
Review 27：Not much to complain about. Given the "touristy" nature of the area not sure it's fair to complain about the cost but maybe not worth the price for a longer stay, ideal for a night or two.

Review 30：Rooms can be a bit noisy. During the day when our neighbours were sitting on their balcony, we could hear every word. But no problems otherwise. I can only imagine what it would have been like if we had noisy people next to us.
Review 31：Unreal location and view. The moment we walked in the room, we were drawn to the balcony and that beautiful water view. Easy walk to the main part of downtown, and also close to kayak rental place so we could go for a morning kayak without having to drive to one of the rental shops.

Review 52：We had a few problems with the tv, first getting it to operate properly and then it kept jumping between wide screen and short screen. We turned it off and read instead! The front door took a minute to figure out that you had to turn the key and the knob at the same time, and the bathroom door didn't fully close.
Review 53：We were pleasantly surprised by how new everything looked, but with a warm, cosy feel. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and all the furnishings and fixtures looked brand new. There were the usual fridge and coffee maker, but also clean dishcloths and a corkscrew laid out for our use.

Review 55：We had to think a bit about staying in a "motel" but the photos on booking.com of the promised views led us to choose this place, following other reviewers' recommendation to take a room on the more expensive upper floor. The rooms was lovely and the view was stunning. We also purposely chose to stay in the town of Tofino and not along the spectacular coastline as we like to walk to dinner and back. We found a great place to have "buck a shuck" oysters and there are a number of really nice places to eat within easy walking distance of the motel.

Didn't have any "old" smell, and environmentally friendly products in the bathroom. 2 double beds, small, but clean and comfortable bedding. We each took a bed, for comfort's sake. Love that each room has a balcony and view of the harbor. No A/C, but evenings and mornings were cooler, we didn't need it.
