Review 1：Owner was congenial and the room was immaculate - gorgeously decorated. Felt like home. Made sure we knew where to eat - doorstep and path to the car shovelled out for us in the am (prior to 6:30 am !!) Would return again for a longer stay.

Review 2：Air Conditionining extremely noisy, Alternative was blistering heat. My wife and I had to constantly step back to let the other pass. Was the room small? Yes, very small.

Review 3：To my surprise, no one knocked on our door every hour to say that "Our Time Was Up). This place'll be a struggle for the owner to make it a 'go'. Some difficulties are beyond his ability to change.

Review 4：The place is very "tired". Needs a facelift and the price of the room for what you get is prohibitive. Coffee is free if you go to the office, why not in the room. Breakfast should be included not extra. Blew a fuse by just using the blow dryer!

Review 12：It gives me no pleasure to write a bad review but I do not feel like I was treated fairly by the hotel manager when I asked upon arrival (I had not been able to get through by phone and no one had returned my call before I arrived) to cancel the second night of stay. He said he would reimburse me only if the room was rented, but he would rent the 6 available rooms first.

Review 15：Cheap motel and offensive owner. Spent 3 nights in Spring 2015 (low season) - $100 per night for the room with full kitchen. Not worth a penny! We have never seen such neglected, outdated (prehistoric era kitchen), and depressing place to stay on our vacation trip. There was NO stable wifi in our room as advertised. Total disappointment.

Review 18：Decent location, close proximity to shopping and groceries in Magog as well as skiing on Mont Orford. Kitchen was well equipped with stove, oven, full size fridge, and sink. Dishes and silverware included.

Review 19：The curtain on the back door only covers half of the window, allowing anyone to look into the room. The curtains on the main window would be fine, if the vertical blinds didn't allow light inside the room. The mattress on the bed closest to the washroom should be replaced.

Review 21：we spent three nights at **Fleur de lys **Motel .. very nice location , close of everything , very clean for a motel ( everyday service of cleaning at the room like in the good hotels !!) ..well equipped with TV and Internet access , frige and coffeemaker, air condition machine ..Very appreciated to be accepted with our nice dog Misty .!!!! Good and rich continental breakfast prepared by the owner, soon in the morning . The personal in service very friendly ..the owner Thierry and his wife very kind and professional persons . For sure we'll be back there in 2-3 weeks for the autumn colors festival !!!

Review 23：Beautiful town. The motel is in handy location right on the bike trail and a minute or two from the lakefront and town. The motel location was very quiet.

The owner was very helpful regarding the security of our bike and we were able to leave it in a secure area where it was also protected from the rain. This hotel is located alomg a cycling path and fairly close to shops.

At 8:00 sharp we could hear the activity in the office, which was next to our room. The male staff (the owner/manager?)seemed very unfriendly, uncharacteristically so, and spoke no english, in spite of being so close to the american border. In all, not a very pleasant place to stay.

Review 57：Not enough electrical outlets.Price was high considering the facilities. Fan in bathroom did not work. Door needs a security latch but the area appeared safe.

Review 58：The manager had difficulty with English but between my terrible Frenchwe made do.Clean, reasonably comfortable, quiet. Kitchenet was adequate but needs another electrical outlet. Lots of dishes and cooking stuff.

Review 59：No black out curtains,in fact the blinds were useless in keeping anylight out. The washroom could use another plug in. When our towels werechanged each day, we were blessed with two rag tag thread bare bathmats. Throw these out! The bathroom wasn't very clean...the tubcould have used a good scrub. Our toilet paper roll holder kept fallingout of the side brackets. The owners of this motel should put some moneyback in to it.....it could be so much nicer.
