Review 1：Room lacks a bit atmosphere. Sort of modern. My double room "with lake view" was on the first floor from which you can't really the see the lake due to trees.
Review 2：Directly at the lake front. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with egg dishes made fresh upon request.

Review 6：Excellent property with direct view on the lake and the Piazza. The staff makes you feel good and comfortable, and the environment does its best to make the stay unforgettable.
Review 7：While our first floor room was described in the booking as “lake view” (and this was technically correct), the view was largely blocked by the foliage of the trees that line the waterfront here. They were unable to move us to a higher floor as they were full. So my advice is to specify a second or third floor room when booking if you want the full lake view.
Review 8：Our corner room on the first floor was bright and airy with a small balcony, vibrant modern colours, comfortable bed and fully functional bathroom. The front desk staff were delightful and very helpful with advice. And breakfast in the restaurant down below was first class.
Review 9：The location on the waterfront meant there was a lot of noise going on for most of the night out on the streets. But then we did have the window open!
Review 10：We had a corner room with a side window and balcony giving us amazing views. If was fabulous just sitting in the room with the windows open listening to the piano player in the street below. Service was excellent. They noticed it was our anniversary and gave us to complimentary proseccos. This was the only hotel on our trip that even took notice of the note I had made when booking, sayIng it was our 30th wedding anniversary. breakfast and dinner were both exceptional in terms of quality and the location for eating them unmatchable!

Review 13：Really lovely staff. They worked hard to make sure our honeymoon was fabulous! The location was superb & well worth a little extra money for a balcony with a view of the lake. The room and the bathroom were very spacious & the shower facilities modern and delightful. The restaurant on the premises was terrific, and lots of other eating choices abound in the area. Very relaxing stay!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!
Review 14：Virtually impossible to fault. The in-room fridge is really just a cooler that isn't cold enough for chilling wine - so what - we kept the bar busy supplying buckets of ice!
Review 15：Wonderful welcome from Suzanne after a difficult drive from Milano and late arrival, greeted like friends, and she dropped the formalities of check-in and sorted dinner and wine immediately! Tamara also very helpful and friendly with her local knowledge. Room with balcony couldn't be faulted, modern stylish, everything worked and was spotlessly clean. Perfect location next to boat station, close to all restaurants but to be honest the Carcani food was as good as any with good choice of buffet breakfast and, in the evening, clever, tasty cooking well-presented in the modern style. Came home fully refreshed. Thanks to these lovely people and a special small hotel.
