Review 1：Have stayed at this Hotel several times and truly find it to be one of the most pleasant places I have ever stayed. The rooms are clean and the hallways are clean and wide and well lit. Breakfast is lovely and the area is always clean. The staff is always friendly.

Booked an evening tour and when we called to arrange the time for transport they told us it did not run on that day It should hVe been more specific in the amenities section ..I believe it was on page 11.. Disappointing that they were not clear on that....also not particularly helpful with local info... Gave us a walking map. And said we could basically find everything on that.. When I questioned the free shuttle I was handed off to three different people... And basicly was told we could call. Cab.

Review 19：Room air conditioner was VERY loud and woke us up many times during the night. Wall thermostat did not work to control air conditioning unit. Unit fan could not be stopped by guest. Hotel offered to shut off using breaker and told us we could open the window. Not acceptable to us. Second complaint is room has NO bathroom fan. Odor was hard to control.

Review 25：noisy air conditioner which kept me awake and there was a very limited breakfast with no granola available. I was told scrambled eggs were offered but none were available. I lost a Cross pen at the hotel but staff were unable to locate.

Review 27：A very large group arrived just before we did and that impacted our whole stay. Our room had a bad odor, the heating/cooling system was difficult to use and the breakfast area was not inviting, largely due to the large group. I went to the hotel bar the night we arrived, but it was clear the "bartender" didn't really know what he was doing.

Review 28：This hotel is right off of the highway, so very convenient on and off, and only a short drive from the city and the "reversing falls".

Review 29：We loved everything about the hotel and all it offered. The only downside was that we were only there for one night. Next time we are travelling east coast we will make sure that we stay for 3 or more nights.

Review 37：A beautiful room, great view, a helpful staff, a good business centre, good parking and good breakfast. The location was central. However we found St. John confusing to drive in. OIt's not the fault of the hotel that we had some trouble finding it. We're glad we stayed there and will recommend it to others.

Review 41：The room temperature!! It was way to hot and the air conditioner didn't seem to work, I complained 3 times and noting was done to fix it. I had to sleep in a temperature of 24.5 degrees, way to warm for me. I was also never able to connect to WiFi.

Loved the location in that we could walk uptown to the harbor and restaurants but could very easily get the highway out of town for Reversing Falls and when heading home to USA. The breakfast is great - fresh and hot and the dining room is very pleasant. Well located for traveling with easy access to the highway. The underground parking is nice and would be especially appreciated in winter. The staff were friendly. They have a special rate for hospital/funerals and since this was our purpose it was greatly appreciated.

Review 76：This Hotel is great it has in room safes which makes keeping valuables safe and easy. We love that it is close to up town and the highway for easy access to all parts of the city. We have grown up in the Saint John area so we did not require directions. Hotel is quiet and the Breakfast area is bright and well staffed with very friendly staff.
