Review 1：Breakfast , very cold reception . Service was just ok and food was just simply terrible Very very dissapointed That breakfast doesn't match the level of hotel and emoloyees

Review 3：The decoration of the rooms looked dated. At that price the IKEA furniture is acceptable but I don't know why they have to have Victorian looking bedding, carpet & curtain... Not a big deal but it's ugly.

Review 9：The bed was aweful. It would have been better sleeping on the floor. The photos of the hotel are deceiving, we didn't stay in the main hotel. We stayed in a two story walk up next to the hotel.

Review 11：The sounds from the 2nd floor are very high. I was in the 1st, people above did not do something wrong, just walking, taking a shower .. etc. The sound was like everything is they do - do in my room. Was not able to sleep until they calm down.

Review 13：The location was perfect, right on the lake and bike path. Terrace restaurant was handy and served a good variety of choices for both breakfast and dinner. (We did not have lunch there.) It appeared that all rooms had a small balcony overlooking the lake. We would like to return in winter when the bike path is iced over for skating.

Review 14：it's not a 4 star hotel, should be rated at 2 star, the lake view is nice but there is only few rooms available in the nice section most of room are in old "motel" section which is not really the building showing on the website,... very disappointed for the price paid, 420$ for 2 nights, which I believe a correct price for the level of the room should be 100$ per night,... we found that Hotel as a Tourism trap!

This wonderful location is wasted on this hotel.

Room came with a small refrigerator, upholstered chair, loveseat and coffee table which was quite convenient for late afternoon relaxation and watching TV. Very comfortable bed. Gas fireplace. Staff at main desk were quite friendly and helpful.

Review 58：Room was expensive.Only one bedside table so we had to move standard lamp only to find elec outlet not operating properly. TV could only be viewed by one person unless you move sofa which was extremely heavy. Light on the table so dim you had to sit right under to read. Notices in bathroom placed so nobody would notice them - at anyrate we didn't and so had the noisy bubble bath out of control and the plug unmovable. All very old fashioned.
