Review 1：it s a bit far away from zermat so it s not the best location for who plans to ski in zermatt

Review 5：Beautiful and quiet surroundings. Located just outside Grachen town. We had a room with a balcony and had a wonderful view over the mountains. Great for a trip down to zermatt and the nearby glacier. We would certainly book here again for a next trip.

Review 12：The hotel is under new ownership as of a few weeks, which I understandcan be a difficult transition, but the facilities listed were in factinaccurate. The wireless was non-existent and the two restaurants arenot yet in operation. As there is nothing around the hotel it means acouple of km drive to get some food. It was way less than ideal toarrive after 4 hours driving at 8:30pm to a hotel with "tworestaurants" and discover that there were none.

Review 13：Rooms are clean and recently renovated, comfortable bed, under groundparking a welcome bonus in the winter. Could be a good hotel once theyget up and running properly.
