Review 2：Staff was very nice. We liked the breakfast (in Swiss sometimes it is too simple but it was OK) We stayed family of 4. It was not very large room was enough to stay confortable for 4 nights,

Review 6：We are satisfied with everything here. The meals in the restaurant were delicious. The mountain view was gorgeous. The receptionists were helpful. The host and phostess are a very nice couple. My son developed an acute allergy, which we could never have expected. The timely and warm help from the host couple really made it less difficult for us. We cannot thank them enough for that! Will definitely come back and stay again!

Review 7：The latest check-in is at 6pm, but booking.com lets you believe that you can check-in later on, e.g. at midnight. So be careful and plan to arrive at the hotel by 6pm.

Review 8：Great location, close to everything, breakfast was great across at Hotel Oberland. We were very late checking in due to traffic and bus issues, but they were very accommodating. Great service!

Review 9：Best bits were the location as its central, just up from train station, amazing views, breakfast was continental with eggs, common room with balcony. The facilities and cleanliness were excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Review 16：Booking.com description had room as mountain view room. We were given a road facing room on first floor. On Friday night, the road noise made us feel as if we are living on the pavement. Our repeated requests for a room change were rudely ignored by the owner ( we were made to feel as if we were unwanted guests at the property). We would never stay back at this property.

Review 18：Located in the picturesque town of Lauterbrunnen. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, has everything you need. From the window of room offers breathtaking views of the mountains. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to help you. Thank you for your warm welcome. The hotel has an elevator, private parking.

Review 19：Upon checking in, the receptionist was a bit irritated cause we arrived in Lauterbrunnen at around 9:30PM. According to him, check-in was until 6PM only, and it was stated in the booking confirmation. I heard him mumbling about customers not reading the info stated there. But I checked it before I even scheduled our trip, and it was stated there, according to Booking.com, that check-in time is until 10PM. But aside from that, our stay in Crystal Hotel was amazing.

Review 20：Our room was big, so that's a big plus. And it's clean. The view from our room was amazing. Also, the beds were soft.

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Good parking and free WIFI. Very quiet location even though right in the centre of Lauterbrunnen on the main road.

Review 29：Room facing street was very noisy. No proper curtains meant poor privacy. No handwash. No bin in the room. No kettle or tea-making facility. Beds could have been more comfortable. On the whole, room need updating and more comfort. Ok for budget hotel but surely you can find better for same or lesser money. Had a hostel like feel.

Review 33：Breakfast was served in the Oberland hotel, opposite of the Crystal hotel. The wifi was not working in the Crystal hotel although the reception manager in the Oberland hotel denied it and didn't want to do anything about it and we had to use the wifi facility in the Oberland hotel.

Review 35：The wi-fi is ok but not good enough. At times, need to go to the balcony to get better reception. Reason being the network is located at Hotel Oberland across the road. Lighting in the toilet could be brighter.Too many houseflies in the restaurant but is expected because of the cow manure and cows.

Breakfast was across the street in a companion hotel, and had a pretty good selection including cereal, juice, yogurt, breads, and plenty of coffee, which was pretty good. Location is perfect, right in the center of the small town of Lauterbrunnan. We followed the suggestion of the hotel owner for hiking and riding trams to the mountain peaks, and had a great day. We would stay there again.

Review 65：Owners were great. Did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and fun. Food was great at their hotel across the street. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Great coffee with steamed milk. We had dinner there also and the food was excellent Swiss cuisine and reasonably priced. We had room #12 and the view out our windows was spectacular.

Room was vey spacious, there's 2 chairs in between bed and a table. The lady (i think she's the owner) was very helful, she explained to us where and how to go and optimize our swiss pass.

Review 69：Liked Everything, we stayed at the Main hotel building which was Hotel Oberland, over the road from the Chrystal, owned by the same owners as offered by them on our arrival. Owners and staff were absolutely wonderful. Ursula and her staff were really welcoming and absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended.

Great place to spend with family. I hope I could stay longer. Murren is another great place to stay or visit during the day. Our family had a great time there.

Review 81：Everything. Location was great, very short walk from the station. Gorgeous view from room, street and balcony of the common room. Crystal is located in a separate building, with services provided through Hotel Oberland. You have to cross the street to get breakfast, and see the front desk staff, but that was no problem. Often it seemed we had the whole place to ourselves, our large room, the large common room, with a kettle, and the wraparound balcony from the common room. We liked this, although some others may not like the isolation. It is quite safe, though. The main door, which opens automatically during the day, closes at night and can pnly be opened with your room key card. Breakfast was great in a large room in Hotel Oberland. The hotel can sell all train tickets for the region. The Postbus stopped right at the hotel doorstep. All in all, a very good choice.

Review 83：The heating was cold when we came in the room. I asked the lady owner,she said it was warm room and needn't heating. I said it was snowingwinter and we did need heating. Then she said the room was not cold likeoutside! It was unbelievable and I could not accept it even her husbandchanged the room for us at the end.
