Review 1：The village is small. There are few restaurants, few hotels, two markets, few ski shops and rentals as well as icerink in the village, but nothing more.

Review 2：Very close to the ski-lift. Very good relation price/quality (as for Andorra). Flexible staff, speaking English.

Review 3：Bonavida makes too little advertisement about the dinner restaurant! Many other restaurants in Canillo would lose guests if the Bonavida restaurant advertised.

Review 4：The restaurant for dinner serving Foie Gras Andorran way and the trout was excellent. Just opened 2 month ago but the chef was super. Never had such good food! Regarding the cabin lift it was better than in El Tartar where the cabin personnel let their comrades pass the queues. Possible 20 % were these people (Andorrans?) who never needed to stay in queues and just passed us, Very bad experience. I have never experienced that in Sweden, Norway, Italy, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Colorado or Austria!!! I doubt I will come back although I have hit the slopes three years!

Review 7：As always, everything. I have been loving everything about this hotel for many years. It is comfortable, well- situated, well-equipped. The personnel is friendly and competent. This year the breakfast became even more diverse, they added fruit. WiFi worked great.

Review 30：Frontdesk staff was very friendly, they accommodated short-notice needsswiftly and without hesitation. Being a non-Spanish and non-Catalanspeaker everybody was most helpful and patient to understand andcommunicate. I was staying several times in the Bonavida over the last10 years or so, and if you enjoy a friendly atmosphere away from the apres-ski hysteria, this is the place to lodge. Canillo is nice and cosy withvery nice restaurants. Can only recommend it.

Review 34：really cosy and nice hotel. fairly good choice to stay if you want to ski and stay away from fuzz. all personnel is impressively friendly and helpful. rooms are clean and rather big, they also have special room for skiers (box for skis and room with boot-drying machine) we were very satisfied, that we ordered half board. breakfast was quite good - scrambled eggs, bacon, pastry, hams, cheeses, toasts. I don't know what to add there. liked dinners. it's "a la carte", good choice of dishes, new menu every day.

Review 35：Very friendly staff, excellent location, quiet. And Canillo is such a beautiful location, we loved it also for staying away from the resort hype that other locations furbish. A friendly village with a normal village and social life.

Review 36：Outside of our room window there was a party tent witch had music playing till 6-6.30 in the morning. The manager of the hotel knew but failed to tell us. When we complained she said sorry and smiled. We asked for another room, but she claimed that the hotel was full. Only one of the staff spoke english. The dinner was rather poor, please go somewhere else to eat. I recommed you to book somewhere else.

Review 37：We were there during their 'off season' (early June) so the sauna and hot tub needed to be warmed up before our use.

Theywould do well to include a kettle in each room with tea and coffee.The wifi is intermittent and we could not download gmail once - hotel staff says it is a function of bandwidth in the area, but we had no problems downloading mail at cafes that had wifi. the headboard is very awkwardly positioned, so it is extremely uncomfortable to sit in bed and watch TV - they would do well to revisit the ergonomics thereof.
