Review 1：The room was smelly. The comforter had a fermenting urine stain.. The room we had had two queen beds although we requested one bed. We ended up using the other, "cleaner" bed. My wife left her purse & wallet in the room when we left, but when we called the front desk hours later he denied finding anything. There was no way it was anywhere else. We were just passing through town & hadn't gone anywhere else. I'm assuming he found the $500 cash in her wallet & lied to us about having it. Never again. You get what you pay for I suppose.

Review 3：We stayed for four days, it would have only been one, but their policy is no refunds...smart for them. Someone came in the second day to "clean" the room, they basically changed the garbage and left. We received no clean towels, we had to request them and we had to pick them up at the office,which wasn't a huge deal but there were only 3 other people actually staying there. They advertise a pool that was not filled up without any signs stating maintenance or anything else. I don't like complaining about businesses but this one needs to put some effort into their customer service as well as some simple upgrades.

Review 6：In the three days we were there, housekeeping did not come at all. The air conditioner could not keep up to the hot weather which made for sleepless nights. The property has not been maintained as well as in the past. Although staff were friendly, they knew nothing about the town or events going on.

Review 8：Booked a 3 day stay for my handicapped son, to visit a friend in Quesnel. . Manny (the manager?)was most helpful. My son says his room was great and he enjoyed his trip.

Review 9：Bath tub was dirty, microwave had dirty glass rings on top, both of these issues are the result of sloppy cleaning. One of the electrical outlets had no cover on it, major safety hazard! One of the beds was so soft that with two people. Sleeping in it they both ended up in the middle. Lastly, the bed cover duvet did not have a cover on it instead it had a sheet below it and above in. I'm not a neat freek and can put up with wearing the same clothes for 2 week wilderness trips but when I go to a hotel I except basic cleanliness, this place did not have it. The whole time I was there my hairs where on end. I would not recommend this place.

Review 10：Room wasn't ready - I booked for the previous night so I could getinto it by 9 am the next morning and it wasn't ready until 10:30-itwas probably rented out for the night and paid for twice ???Lamps were difficult to turn on; outlet uncovered; bed sloppily made etc. Online description totally misleading - people coming to Canada need to familiarize themselves with Canadian standards and regulations and not expect us to get used to their countries standards!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Review 11：No coffee pot in room as was promised, even after asking for it, it never came! Room smelled musty, not very pleasant, I asked for air freshner but that never happened either.

Review 44：The Hotel was on the older side but very clean and the King bed we slept in was great. My husband and myself had a very good sleep. It was also nice to have a fridge and microwave in our room. We would definitely recommend Grace Inn to anyone travelling to Quesnel or a very good stop over on your way to Barkerville which is what we did. Also the price was right.

Review 45：The online pictorial representation must have been taken many yearsago. This place is not in good shape, in fact I cautioned themanagement about allowing people to stay in the room. Wallpaper ispeeling and full of mold in behind; electric plugs hanging off the wallwith bare wires exposed; black marks on the wall above the baseboardheater, stained tub and sink with caulking needing repair, paintworkscuffed and dirty, carpet and lino stained and in poor condition; roomsmelled musty and on final day of stay, was invaded by ants. Pool andhot tub were closed. It said for renovation but looked like it had beenboarded up for quite a while.
