Review 1：No elevator makes it difficult to carry luggage to 3rd floor, but manageable
Review 2：Great location near the center of town,nice outdoor patios & great outdoor hot tub, friendly Innkeeper. Beautiful Victorian home. They allow you to store food in their kitchen refrigerator and use facilities if you want to.
Review 3：The staff went absolutely out of their way to accommodate us during our stay. They were friendly and cheerful beyond measure. The rooms were spotless and well cared for. We felt completely at home. It was within easy walking distance of Magog's highlights.

Review 6：The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The weekend that we stayed there was rainy/cloudy, so they helped us figure out area attractions to see. Lovely receptionists, that clearly care about their customers! The hotel was decorated very tastefully, with old-fashioned décor. We had a very comfortable stay at Chateau du Lac. I will definitely go back!

Review 22：Stayed there the last weekend of May 2013. It was nearly empty as probably off season. Room was clean and comfortable but we could hear the neighboring hotel guests too well. Staff at the desk helpful and pleasant.
