Review 1：Hotel is situated in a back street of the main square a bit hard to find it. Building is not the old one like in the pictures on the page. Room was very very hot , no air condition.After opening the window we heard everything from the streets , drunk people shouting and the bell of one of the church is rung at every quarter of clock . Breakfast average , no vegetables . The smell in the hotel moved me back at least 30 years.... This hotel is far far away from 4 stars .

Review 12：The location is great. Breakfast, ok - simple, but good enough. Big room. Just be aware that you need to go through a mall from this address to the reception and when the mall is closed, you need to walk around the block to enter the building - at Siroká street.

Review 13：When I was there, my sleep was disturbed rather frequently by other guests making noise in the hallway outside my room's door. The hotel lift is a little slow, and the internet connection of the PC in the hotel lobby is somewhat unreliable, but the latter two points are relatively minor.

Review 14：Almost everything, especially the very competent and friendly service, the breakfast and the room in general. The things I am noting under "What didn't you like?" do not affect my general evaluation, which is positive..

Review 17：In hot weather there is no AC and if you open window you can't sleep as is very loud outside being in centre of town. So we couldn't sleep at all as it was very hot. I would NOT go back.

Review 18：Although we always had a space, there wasn't very much parking available in the garage and the garage is VERY compact (had a 9 passenger van which was a 20 min process trying to get it in/out of the spaces). No air conditioning, but they did let us borrow a little table fan to try and help us keep cooler :)

Review 19：The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. Location is unbeatable (it is right on the square and close to all the trams). Beautiful walking paths around the square and lots of ice cream :) They tidied our rooms every day, which was nice.

Review 20：The address of the hotel (internet gives the main square) ist misleading; actually you cannot enter there (but one block away) and you do not have a view on the main square - that is kidding. Only 4 TV programs in the room and none of them in English, none of them that braodcasted the FIFA worldcup semifinals! You would have to go to the entrance hall and sit in a plain chair to watch the game in Czech. No soap in room.

Review 52：The beautiful building on the main square is actually NOT where you are going to stay, the hotel part is located on the backside of the building. Not the fanciest hotel in terms of furniture or breakfast, but indeed very comfortable and definitely worth staying!

Review 54：In the first room we were given the bar fridge was not working, and there was no wifi reception. After complaining, we were given a different room which was smaller but the fridge worked and wifi was somewhat better (but still not great).

Review 56：Great staff and hospitality During the stay, we need to go to hospital urgently due to unexpected health problem. Hotel staff kindly arrange all support. Next day, we need to book bus at website from outside of hotel. Again, hotel staff arrange perfectly in spite of after check-out. We really appreciate all support with professionalism. We are really impressed by hospitality and service there.

Review 57：Room should have been cleaned much better. I had a double deck apartment and there was a lot of dust on internal staircase. It would be good to equip rooms with tea/coffee makers. Tight garage especially for bigger cars.

Elevator is .... strange, Takes some time to close the door when someone gets in at the last moment; Breakfast is very simple and the staff doesn't make any effort. When we went for breakfast (9.30, it's open until 10.00), there weren't any eggs or sausages. Even the coffee was empty. It was only filled after another guest went to the staff to mention this. Staff at check-out was rude. Didn't speak English either, and had to found this out by asking it, since she continued talking Czech to me after greeting her in English. She did speak German though. Also seemed like there were problems with their systems, since she had another name for my room (was not the case at check-in) Not 4-star quality at all. More 3 star....

Review 74：Great location, though the adress provided is not correct. The main entrance is in another street, though there is access to the Central Marketsquare. The staff at check in was very friendly and professional. Rooms are quite large.
