Review 1：The front desk closes at 9pm so we had to hurry to get there. We had to leave at 8:30am and there was no one at the front desk. They tell you to use the phone for assistance but no one picked up. I had to leave my key on the counter to check out...

Review 2：The room had everything we needed, like a fully stocked small kitchen, which was great! 5 minutes away from the mountain which was perfect as we were in town for a race.

Review 3：Very friendly and helpful staff from Alain at the front desk who gave us lots of good advice of things to see and do to Rejean who helped us with the pull out bed...ha, ha. Both had a great sense of humour. Excellent location for exploring the Eastern Townships.

Review 4：WiFi connection continuously disconnected and was extremely slow, resulting in the inability to complete work that required an internet connection. Little cooking equipment was provided for us. No paper towels or wash cloths were found to wash or dry the dishes. Pans were noticeably old and worn.

Review 6：The pictures are clearly dated. The hallway carpets were dirty. Drab paint color in the hallways. The room was worn - furniture, kitchen cabinets/decor, the deck chairs were dirty and the window hardware was broken, and/or difficult to use and secure. The window trim needs to be repainted.

Review 7：The sleeper sofa was actually comfortable. Receptionist on arrival was very pleasant, ready for us for check in and bilingual. Easy on/off access to the highway.

Review 8：I found it difficult to carry luggage up the outside stairs to the second floor.

Review 9：The suite was excellent for 2 seniors. Everything is well thought out for comfort. The price is very reasonable and the location near Magog is excellent. It has an excellent restaurant on the premises.

Review 10：Broken dishwasher, limited kinds of tableware, snow covered side stairs even after 24 hours, not enough hot shower water to use for another person even one hour later, a very small dining table, uneven sofa bed mattress, free WiFi was not fast

Review 11：It's a convenient place near the mountain and Magog town for all shopping. We even could change a dead battery within 10 min drive.

Review 12：I find the location squeezed between the highway and the mountain a bit odd, even if there is no noise coming from the road. It would also have been nice to walk around the Auberge, but forget about it, cars are the kings.

Review 13：The Auberge offers comfortable,clean and large apartments with all the facilities needed. The staff is nice and efficient, and the environment calm and restful.

Review 14：It took a while for someone to greet us at the front desk when we checked in. When we left, we just left the key on the counter---nobody to say goodbye to. This is quite impersonal and a bit cold.

Review 15：The room was clean and we slept well and quietly. It was a suite----almost like a little home. I would go back.

Review 16：The only thing negative I could say, was they state there were DVD players in the room, and there wasn't. I had such a great time I didn't want to mention it during our stay.

Review 18：The staff went out of their way to make sure that our stay was comfortable. We were attending a wedding in the area and requested a late check out to have a place to change for the wedding. The staff was gracious and accommodated our request with no hesitation. The room was comfortable and in the hotel is in a very pretty location. I would stay there again.

Review 19：The location is perfect for all kinds of activities in Magog-Orford area. We stayed two nights in early August in one-bed suit with a fully equipped kitchen. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We will come again in our future trip.

Review 20：The location is perfect. It is quiet and on the outskirts of town yet, it is near everything you would need. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean. We will be sure to stay again during our future visits.

Review 21：July 18th, 2014: Stayed 3 nights. Great location, minutes outside of Magog. Quite enough to open windows in the evening. Comfortable bed. Great kitchenette, fully equipped. One bedroom unit is sufficient for 2 Adults, possibly another adult or child. The unit looks exactly like the pictures on the website.
