Review 1：The temperature of the property was very warm and so we had to have windows open at all times that we were in the property despite turning down the temperature. When we arrived there were some kitchen dishes/utensils that had not been cleaned properly - this was not a significant issue but worth pointing out.

Review 2：The apartment was very well laid out and proportioned. It was good having a communal living come kitchen space and there was plenty of space. The electric blinds were good. The Ski locker facilities with heated pegs and the Jacuzzi and sauna were fantastic and real bonuses.

Review 9：Just an superb apartment. Close to the skilift. Big and spacious. The skiarea in veysonnaz is also perfect.

Review 10：No soap, washing up liquid or toilet paper provided. Had to pay extrafor sheets and towels. They need to provide more information in advanceas we arrived late some of these items were critical but shops werealready closed. Staff could not tell us where to dispose of rubbishalthough we were required to remove it at the end of the stay and alsodid not know where things could be recycled. For the price charged Ifelt there were too many add on costs and yet the basics not providedfor those who are travelling in by air from North America as opposed todriving from another European country.

Review 12：2 bed apartment had only one sofa in living area. Really need eitheranother sofa or at a minimum a chair. Would recommend the Managementcompany include kitchen towels and cloths in the towel/bed linenhire otherwise the kitchen will not be looked after in the best possibleway. Kitchen utensils lacking a few basic necessities, although listedin the inventory they were not in the apartment - E.G. no bread board,only 2 table mats (dining table is for 6 persons), no drinks coasters.These are just a few examples - there were alot of items missing fromthe inventory - Management company need to do a comprehensive checkregularly. Also oven gloves or alternatively tongs to retrieve itemsfrom oven without having to use bathroom towels would be useful.Apartment was too hot and adjusting the thermostat did not resolve theissue - had to resort to opening the windows/doors. Paying for endof stay cleaning was advised up front so expectations were managedhowever having to then empty bins, fridge and dishwasher ourselves isunreasonable.

Review 14：The Staff didn't tell us everything we had to pay, so we had some unexpected costs. Also the beds were a littlebit too hard and the pillows too thin.

Review 15：I really liked the facilities in our apartment and the cleaniless. Besides, it was really luxury. It was a very spacious apartment and the ski lifts were just on the other side of the road so that was ideal.

Review 16：Slope to garage was very slippery at early mornings. Information inweb-pages was confusing; dogs allowed or not, we would like toreturn if yes?

Review 17：Excellent location, with very nice view. Sauna was excellent even inFinnish standards and jakuzi was warm bonus! Kitchen was well equippedand living room was big and comfortable.
