Review 1：No anava be la wifi ni l'spa. L'aigua de l'spa era freda i sense bombolles. L'hotel era en general decaient.

Review 7：Room was not very spacious and very basic. The wifi was not reliable to say the least. The use of the pool is extra which is dissappointing given its quite small, not well maintained and the stream room isn't working.

Review 9：I know this was one of the mid- cheaper places ( i usually do this price range) but still, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and my daughters bunk bed made so much noise every time she moved! The sink in the bathroom was blocked and you have to pay extra to use the pool its cold and a bit old and only available after 16h general appearance and smell of the place is a bit old...NEEDS UPDATING! the reception staff were not particularly helpful or friendly.

Review 12：The pool was great for our 3 year old. The sauna great for a deep warming up from the snow. The staff took care of us as individuals, even though we made a mistake on how many people we were in booking. 4 of us in a family room - what we wawanted. Great view. And all so cheap!

Review 22：Stayed on half board basis. Breakfast was fine but very little choice for dinner and the quality of the food wasn't overly high. I would have rated it as average however it was dreadful on the last night so we went out instead. There were also 3 school groups there so a little noisy. Taking all of this into account I would definitely stay there again but on room only basis.

Review 23：Great location less than 5 minutes walk from the gondola to the ski area which is fantastic. Staff on reception very helpful. Myself and 3 children stayed in a family room which had 2 single beds and a bunk bed. Clean room at the front of the hotel so great view of the mountains.

Review 24：Hammam was out of service and the sauna wasn't very hot. The food although pretty good and varied, was nearly always cold.

Review 28：The hotel has a different name to the web-site so it was hard to find. The room was disgusting, dated and it stank. We didn't get the double room booked on-line but a cheap, smelly family room at the back of the hotel. Beware of cheap deals. We complained and were offered a slightly better family room on another floor but we declined and left. How is this a 3*? The man on reception didn't apologise and didn't care that we were unhappy. Why do you have to pay extra for the pool, its free in every other hotel that we stayed in in Spain? I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and apparently it has a terrible reputation in the whole resort.

Review 33：The room was very small and even though we booked a double we were given a twin room. The room faced onto the street which was noisy at night. The walls are very thin and so it can be quite noisy.

Review 35：This hotel was having some kind of Spanish moto convention and it was very noisy until early morning. The staff made no effort in keeping things quiet. I have no objection to people having a good time up until sleeping hours. People were actually screaming in the hall ways at 4 am.

Review 37：Excellent weekend break in Arinsal. Hotel was great value for the money; clean and comfortable. Breakfast/dinner buffet was amazing. Great food and lots of it! Stuff in restaurant was also relly nice and funny. Location for hiking the Pyrenees of Andorra was perfect. Hiking paths started close to the hotel. Also there were other restaurants and markets around the hotel. I would recommend this hotel for everyone who likes nature, mountains and great food. We were there in the late summer but it could also be a great place for those who like winter activities.

I would not stay here again myself but would be adequate for those on a budget holiday. I would check other hotels in the area which are much better for just a little extra.

Review 45：There was cold tile floor in four of the five offered us a choice of rooms. In all rooms was broken the doorlock in the bathroom. Humble breakfast. Any drinks at dinner for an additional fee. Too cold water in the pool. The road from Barcelona`s airport takes about four hours.

Review 46：Excellent dinners. Friendly staff. Daily room cleaning. Minimarket next door. Ski lift in two steps. Beside there is a river. Wonderful view. There are several free parking places near the hotel and more than 10 in 50 meters away.

Review 47：Stayed for 3 nights for a short ski break. We had a family room Number 313 which could accommodate 6 people; however we were a group of 4. The room whilst basic was spotlessly clean, with crisp white sheets and towels. The bath was a bit gritty but that would be our only negative comment. The food in the restaurant was of a good quality and there was plenty of choice. The cold food was kept cold and hot food was kept hot. The restaurant staff were really friendly and provided an excellent service. We didn’t use or few the swimming pool area. The location really can’t be beat as it is a very short walk to the Gondola but just further enough away from the main bar area not to cause too much noise. Car park opposite was free. Overall excellent stay which was brilliant value for money.
