Review 1：In a nut shell! The vehicle noise was loud, cars and mostley trucks accelerating up the hill next to the room day and night. The noise was overwhelming. Young partiers in the room above me till 2:30 am, screaming, yelling and hanging over balconies, giggling and laughing. stomping on the floor, leaving the bathroom fan running all night, which could be heard below. Pillows too fluffy and bed was uncomfortable. Mould in the bathroom, Wifi barley works.

Review 3：The internet wasn't working due to the strong storm hit the whole Tofino when I was there. I want to recommed checking the weather to find out if the internet is working before going there to the people.

Review 4：There is a restaurant on the deck behind of the motel. It serves with a lot of nice food and people can watch the sea with the meals.

Review 5：The room was exceedingly hot at night, no matter what we did with the thermostat, and the fridge froze all our food. The temp control knob in the fridge was broken ....boooo frozen veggies and dip!

Review 6：We completely appreciated the layout of the room...as a group of four (1 couple and two friends) the three beds in the room provided us with the perfect sleeping arrangements. The proximity to town was helpful and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Review 7：the room had 2 glass cups and 2 coffee cups, but if you book multiple nights it, would it appreciated if the used cups would be replace with clean ones, or supply cleaning material. limited parking spots around the building.

Review 17：Showed up late night to check in, walked into my room completely disgusting. The housekeeper forgot to clean the room. Couldn't get a new room because management didn't give backup plan for this situation. The one night staff gave me clean towels and sheets and covers. I had to replace and make the bed. It was 2am by the time I fall asleep. Next day I asked for upgrade and refund on the previous night, the staff apologized and agreed. However, on the departure day I was charged for the first night. What is going on with this place?

Review 23：Kitchenette was very old and the pots and frying pans were in very poor condition. Two old wine glasses in a room for up to 4 people didn't feel quite enough. Fridge with missing freezer door was not very impressive. Chairs and little table on a balcony would need some update as well.

Review 24：Absolutely loved the bed and the pillows they were the same as those from five star hotel. That was very nice surprise. Also there were lots of towels in a bathroom with very clean overall feeling.

Review 29：it was shabby. the door was fixed with duct tape but we still had to shoulder check it to open The carpets were dirty, the furniture old and damaged. It was still $170 per night. A lot of money for a shabby room. On top of that, we had changed our room from a larger one to a smaller one and first staff person we spoke to told us it would make no difference in the price. We had to call Booking.com to get a refund for the difference in price that was posted online

Review 48：So cheap looking for lots of money. Absolutely was not what I expected to see from photos. We thought we are in wrong place. Staff where friendly, but how does it help when the facility is so poor. I asked for maid and they showed up at 6 Pm and all they did was vacuuming and no change of towels. Wifi was absolutely useless. I was with my son and If my wife was with me, should would never come in for one night stay.

Located at the bottom of a gravity well with a steep walls, makes it hard to go for a tour of Tofino on foot. Like the rest of the town, pretentious and overpriced.

Review 59：No wi-fi. Staff said that it is intermittent in all of Tofino and had been out for the last few days, but we had colleagues at two other resorts who had it.

Review 76：Look at a map before you book this one. Very very far away from long beach or any of the iconic tofino beaches. Splurge to be in a resort. Mediocre hotel and wifi did not work at all. Extremely over priced rooms for the location its in and it's not even a luxury place..resorts on the beach are the same price of you book well ahead! Very late check in, at 3 pm and staff did not do anything to accommodate us being there 2 hours early. Won't ever go here again!

Review 92：It was very easy to find and was nice and close to downtown Tofino. We were able to walk for coffee and dinner, to shops and a gallery and able to get down to the waterfront. We really enjoyed the pub right at the hotel - great food and view of the marina with all the charter fishing boats coming in with their catch.

We choose this motel cause it advertised Wifi, lights did not work, hair dryer did not work, we were locked in our rooms cause door was broken, had to wait for staff to let us out!!! When we checked out and all these issues were mentioned the staff did not seem sencere in her apology !!!

Review 95：The beds were too soft and the pillows were not comfortable. There were no screens in the window or balcony door. There was no air conditioning- not sure if this is the norm for Tofino.

The view was only visible around the corner of the balcony. The staff seemed disinterested that the room was completely disappointing and we're not apologetic and offered nothing to make the situation better.

Review 115：When I book this Motel on line was showing me that they have internet. When I was in the room the internet was no working. When I ask them they have a lot of excuses. Also in the room was so hot that we couldn't sleep al night, I ask to speak with the manager but was not there. I live him a message to the re reception with my room, room name and phone number to contact me. Nobody call me. As soon I pay for one night $200 I think I deserve at least to speak with the manager. So even the Customer Services was zero in this Motel I was so disappointed about what I get there. Was may bad experience ever in a Motel.

Review 116：There was a lot of mold hidden in this room. Covered up by paint and wall paper. We all woke up with bad allergies and stuffed noses. This was really disappointing. I coulnt wait to get some fresh air in the morning. Glad was only for one night. Would have requested another room if we had booked more nights.

Review 120：The patio view was great, the room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable as was the pullout. The kitchenette was small but functional...we cooked up a nice salmon dinner after a morning of fishing.

Review 121：The facility seems to be old, the glass patio door in our room came off the rails and fell out, thankfully there was a chair that broke the fall and it didnt hurt anyone badly other than a bruise on the hand. Such things should be inspected regularly.

Review 126：Room was not available at advertised check in time. Housekeeping showed up after 5pm on the two nights we stayed. One of those times we had the "do not disturb" sign out as I was unwell, and housekeeping staff spent several minutes talking loudly in front of my door. The hotel did have a job posting up for a new housekeeping manager, but it was unfortunate that they let this vacancy affect the guest experience.

One of the 2 rooms the fridge did not work. No A/C. We were double billed and it took a lengthy phone call to correct. They charged the room within days of booking. Standard rooms are on the main floor facing a parking lot. Don't stay here. Photos do not depict the rooms accurately .

Review 134：The queen suite with balcony was spacious, clean, and well laid out. It's not fancy but everything was in good shape and functional, and the view of the sunset over Tofino was superb! There was a bit of pet hair on the sofa so that could have been vacuumed better...if you care about that stuff maybe just check with the staff before booking a room but it wasn't a problem. I have stayed here in the past and will stay here again.

Review 135：The young woman at the reception did not seem to know about the whale watching services provided by the facility - ended up going to another provider down the road.

Review 140：Gorgeous view with a good price, quite location. Customer service was good and helpful. Deposit was returned right away which was very good. The bed was clean and ceiling was good too. For the price for 1 bedroom was descent and for its price was great.

Review 141：The king suite we stated in was larger than my apartment, with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in a separate bedroom. Just for fun, my partner and I pulled out the hide-a-bed from the couch one evening and that was super comfortable, too. Other reviews said the wifi was terrible, but it must have been upgraded recently, because we were able to stream YouTube videos on the TV (via laptop and HDMI) just fine. It was just my partner and I for the weekend, but we plan to return in the fall and share the space with two more friends, as switches suite can accommodate four guests easily. The view of the harbour was just lovely with rainbows and local wildlife just outside my window every morning.
