Review 11：The family that owns the hotel is wonderful and very friendly. We traveled with two children, and the family room was ideal. We both had our own rooms to relax in, but we could easily keep an eye on them. Grachen has an amazing park for kids aged ~3-15, Robis Waldspielplatz and the hiking is fantastic. I think it is an amazing place for a family vacation in the mountains.

Review 13：Nothing to dislike. The only thing that I would advise is that, if youdrive by yourself into Grächen, to call the hotel ahead of or uponarrival at the town center (by the church). Grächen has some areas thatare car-free (which in a way is a plus), and the hotel staff willarrange for your transportation from the town center to the hotel andfor parking your car (5 CHF/night at a nearby parking lot).
