Review 1：The important hotel informations, like current phone number was not on the website and we could not reach to the hotel at night. We called the tall free number to help us to reach to the hotel from the airport.. Staff was little helpful but not very much...

Review 3：bed bugs and front office in duty at night shift he is not in the desk and when he come he don't wear his shoes i pay 200 AED for one night and i check in for only 3 hours because i found bed bugs so i cant stay so we diced to check out at least when i gave him the bugs in teusse he didn't offer to change the room then i ask him for refund but he said no you can come later to my manager really its the worst week end i have because of the hotel .

Review 7：There was no blanket. I had to call the reception four times and it took at least 20 minutes before I could get it. The staff was asking me extra 25 AED for registration but I refused because my room was booked for total fixed price of AED 200.
